Roxas/Ashin Arpee Aaron Arrikanez Telasi sighed as he lay on his stomach, eyes watching the water below. He was lonely. It was evening, and he had nowhere to go back to. His old home had burned to the ground, and his head and heart were killing him. He moaned, and rolled over onto his back, fever catching up with him. He didn't feel well, and... well... he didn't LOOK well either. Elros Namasi Roxas was on his way to the sanctuary when he heard what sounded like a moan. His fox ears perked and he paused, trying to figure out where the sound had come from. "Just hearing things I guess," he muttered after a few moments then started walking again. Aaron Arrikanez He winced, and cried out at the pain, rolling over again, and trying to get to his feet, entire body shaking. Elros Namasi That time Roxas heard it clearly and dashed toward the noise, catching sight of the figure trying to rise. He put on an extra burst off speed and skidded to a halt in front of the other hybrid, crouching and reaching out to touch the figure's shoulder. "What's wrong? What happened?" Aaron Arrikanez "I.... don't feel good.... My chest hurts..." The voice was weak, softly, smooth as silk. Elros Namasi Roxas patted himself down, wincing when he realized he must have left his cell at home. "Do you think you can handle being carried? The sanctuary isn't far from here and I can call you an ambulance when we get there.." Aaron Arrikanez He nodded, and then slumped, going completely limp.
It was Roth that opened his eyes. He felt someone trying to pick him up. Now how could he use that to his advantage? Hmmmmm..... He closed his eyes again, pretending to be out cold. Elros Namasi Roxas paled but kept his head, carefully hefting the other hybrid onto his back and holding him steady with his nine tails. He hadn't noticed the other creature open his eyes. Aaron Arrikanez He thought. He thought, and he schemed. "You know - you can let me go any time now." he said slickly. Elros Namasi Roxas tripped and fell flat on his face. That voice sounded completely different now. Picking himself up and rubbing a cheek that was already starting to bruise, he stammered, "Y-you're ok now?" Aaron Arrikanez "Of course I am. Let me up." he hissed quietly. Elros Namasi "Ok, ok," Roxas said and hastily unwrapped his tails from around the other fox. This was seriously creeping him out but he didn't think it'd be polite to run away as fast as possible. "Um, my name's Roxas. And yours is?" Aaron Arrikanez "Roth." he chuckled, then winced, clutched his head. "Not NOW, Pelir!" Elros Namasi Roxas lifted his eyebrows and opened his big blue eyes wide, watching the other hybrid warily. "Are..are you..alright?" Aaron Arrikanez Pelir whimpered. "Ow ow ow ow.... He always does that." He sniffed, and rubbed his eyes. Elros Namasi Roxas blinkblinked then shrugged and reached out to gently pat the rainbow fox's arm. "Well, it's ok for now. Roth didn't hurt you too badly, did he?" Aaron Arrikanez He shook his head, and clung onto Roxas' arm. "Dun go!" Elros Namasi "Er, well.. I wasn't planning to go anywhere. At least, not without you.. Pelir, was it? I'm Roxas, if you didn't catch it. Pleasure to meet you." He smiled brightly, quickly becoming used to this revolving door of personalities. Aaron Arrikanez "I like you. I'm staying." Elros Namasi "Right here? Or did you mean you're staying with me?" the ninetail asked, making himself comfortable in case Pelir meant the first option. Elros Namasi Roxas chuckled and took Pelir by the hand. "Well, come on then. I'd much rather sit on a comfy couch somewhere than out here, wouldn't you?"

Roxas/Ashin Again Aaron Arrikanez It had been a while since Ashin had seen his crush. But he happened upon him at a most interesting time - somewhere between lunch and dinner, in a small cafe off the corner of 3rd and Stanton. Said shy-fox was sipping on a cup of joe, tapping his foot to music only HE could hear. He had been 'sane' for two months now, since Black Jack had started treating him for DID/MPD. He still had problems with them getting out OCCASIONALLY - but nowhere near as much as they used to. His eyes were riveted to the book he was reading, but his mind was on Roxas.... Where was he?Elros Namasi It was time he got out for awhile, Roxas decided. He had been constantly wondering about Ashin but waiting patiently on a couch at the sanctuary wasn't the way to go about finding the rainbow fox. So he put on some clothes that were neither dressy nor plain and headed out, deciding that even if he didn't find Ashin, at least he would've done something toward that end. He passed by countless shop fronts without a second glance but the cafe caught his eyes and pulled him in. The second he stepped through the door, he saw why. Grinning, he crossed to the other fox and gently tapped him on the shoulder. "Hey. It's been awhile, hasn't it?"Aaron Arrikanez Ashin turned around - surprised to see Roxas right after he'd just been thinking about him. He set down his book, and pulled the other chair out from the table, patting it. There was a grin on his face. "It HAS been a while, hasn't it? Whatever. It's good to see you! Sit! Sit!" He flagged down a waiter, and ordered a soda for Roxas - unless he wanted coffee. In that case, coffee was ordered. Leaning back in his chair, he fixed his gaze on the person he hadn't seen in ages, smiling. "Where have you been?"Elros Namasi "On the couch at the Sanctuary, pining for you," he said, his tone playful even if what he said was the stark truth. "How've you been?" he asked, taking the soda from the waiter and stirring it with a straw. "I've been wondering."

Aaron Arrikanez "Me? I've been doing ok." he said with a quiet laugh. He stirred his own coffee, before having it sent away and having another soda brought. He didn't need MORE caffeine. A smile sat on his face, and refused to budge. "That little problem I had is almost completely taken care of. Black Jack's been treating, me, and you have NO idea how wonderful it is not to have to worry about others butting into your conversations." He chuckled at that, and took the soda that the waiter brought, sipping it, and staring out the window past Roxas' shoulder in quiet contemplation. "I actually... wanted to ask you something...."Elros Namasi Roxas guessed he could see how that would be an improvement but he actually liked Ashin's multiple personalities. Or at least most of 'em, anyway. Shrugging inwardly, he returned his full attention to the conversation and smiled at the rainbow fox's last statement. "Oh? What would you like to ask me?"Aaron Arrikanez Ashin gave a bit of a nervous laugh, and stirred the soda with his straw to hide the fact that he was scared, and really didn't know what to say. He swallowed, and stared out of the window as he spoke. Not being rude - but trying to conceal the fact that he was blushing red. "I... umm... I was wondering.... Will you..... Will you be my boyfriend? Move in with me?" The last sentence was quieter than the first, almost inaudible. He coughed, and repeated it. "I mean.. that is... if you want to... Move in with me... and everything..."Elros Namasi Watching Ashin with a slight smile curving his lips, Roxas waited patiently for him to work up to what he wished to ask. He didn't particularly mind, since it gave him time to idly study the rainbow fox's face... Jolted out of his thoughts by Ashin's voice, Roxas refocused his attention and had to blink several times before the words registered. "Well that was unexpected," he finally commented, still in mild shock. Then he sat back slowly and took an absent sip of his soda. "Yes.. I'd like to be your boyfriend and to move in with you. As long as you're sure you want me," he added, smiling.

Aaron Arrikanez Ashin was awestruck. He didn't expect his invitation to be accepted! He sat up, and beamed at Roxas, almost estatic. He couldn't believe his ears! Roxas had just agreed to everything he could have ever wanted! He sprang from the seat, and scurried over to hug the boy, and hug him HARD. "Oh thankyouthankyouTHANKYOU!" He cried, snuggled as close as he could get.
Elros Namasi Roxas thoroughly enjoyed Ashin's reaction even though the rainbow fox was hugging him just a little too tightly. He didn't want to be let go, but there was the small matter of his needing oxygen to consider so he gently tapped Ash's shoulder to get his attention then croaked, "Sweetie? Can't breathe.. Loosen your hold a bit?"Aaron Arrikanez Ashin meeped lightly, and let go of Roxas just a bit to let the boy breathe. He muttered a hasty apology, and buried his face in Roxas' shoulder. "I'm sorry - I'm just.... I'm so happy that you accepted. I was afraid that you were going to say no...." His tail lashed back and forth a bit, and his ears pressed flat against his head. He was content just being with him, with Roxas. "Don't leave me...."Elros Namasi Now that Roxas could breathe, he chuckled and slid his arms around Ashin's waist. Then he tilted his head slightly and kissed the rainbox fox's temple. "I won't leave you," he murmured into Ash's ear then started to idly rub his back. "I..I love you, Ash," he continued, flushing scarlet all the way to his eartips.

Aaron Arrikanez Ashin wiggled happily, and leaned up to nibble on the other's ear. He was so glad Roxas felt the same way! "I love you too, Rox..." he murmured quietly, resting a hand against the boy's chest. "And I always will." He meant that. Once Ashin committed to something, he was committed for life. And now his life was dedicated to Roxas. He would never leave him unless Death parted them. Ever. "Tonight, you've made me the happiest hybrid on Gaia..."Elros Namasi I love you too, Rox...And I always will. The words reverberated inside Roxas' head and made his heart swell fit to burst. How had he gotten so lucky? "Really? I thought I was the happiest hybrid on gaia," he murmured, pressing his smiling lips to Ashin's temple once again then trailing kisses down to the rainbow fox's jaw. "I guess we should call it a tie, then?"Aaron Arrikanez Ashin laughed, and closed his eyes, turning the teasing into a deep and passionate kiss. He let his tongue snake into Roxas' mouth and out again. This is what he had been missing. Someone to care for. Someone to hold, and someone to love. And love Roxas, he did. He tightened his grip. The next words he spoke were almost only to himself, but if Roxas were listening closely, he might catch them. "Mine... you're all mine... now and forever... Love you.... Love you...."Elros Namasi As it happened, Roxas wasn't paying close attention to much of anything seeing as how Ashin had kissed him senseless. But he heard the rainbow fox's words loud and clear anyhow, the possessive tone sending a thrill coursing through his veins. "I'm yours...And you're mine," he murmured, wrapping all nine of his tails around himself and his boyfriend.

Aaron Arrikanez Ashin almost purred as he snuggled into Roxas, and wrapped his arms tighter around him. He was happy. He was happy, and he was not going to let anything ruin that. Nothing. He was happy, and he was going to stay that way. "Let's go home?"Elros Namasi "Yes, let's," Roxas answered then held up a hand to get their waiter's attention and ask for the check. When the man scuttled away to do the ninetails' bidding, Roxas shifted Ashin on his lap and pecked the rainbow fox on the cheek. "Somehow I don't think I'll be needing my clothes tonight. So would you like to come help me pack tomorrow?" he asked, idly curling Ashin's multicolored hair around his fingers.Aaron Arrikanez Ashin nodded quietly, and snuggled into Roxas' throat. He was still a bit dazed - drunk on the happiness of acceptance that was his, and his alone. He murmured something rather uncouth in the fox's ear, and grinned heavily, blushing bright scarlet. When the waiter came with the check, and it was finally paid, he started to lead Roxas back to his place. He had plenty of things to do with the ninetails, and not too much time in which to do them. But he wasn't in THAT much of a hurry. When he slipped into the apartment, he made a motion to the bed. "Sit down, make yourself comfortable? I'll be right back." He had been itching to 'play doctor' with the fox for days now. But all the stuff for that was in the closet. So off he went to get it.Elros Namasi Roxas was still blushing by the time they made it to Ashin's apartment, the rainbow fox's words still ringing in his ears. A bit dizzy from the loss of blood pressure, the ninetails immediately did as he was bidden and sat down on Ashin's bed, making himself comfortable. "Ok. I look forward to your return," he said with a grin, knowing it was corny. Then he entertained himself while he waited for Ashin to come back by looking at his surroundings curiously. He'd be living here now. With Ashin. A vacant-looking smile split his face and he sighed, leaning back on his elbows.
