Using your rewards from certain missions you can only get a D ranked Jutsu if you completed a D ranked mission, like wise for anything eles.

Type: The Type of jutsu it is, Ninjutsu Taijutsu ect.
Rank: What rank the jutsu is
Effect: What it does
Cost: What you need to use it.
Format for weapons:
Name: The name
Effect: If there is any sort of effects, like lighting enchanted ect, Also the amount of damage it does or any kind of stat Plus.
Cost: What you need to use it, IE. Chakra/Stamina
Ryo: How much it costs you to buy it.
