It depends.
-If Pacman eats Kirby, Pac wins
-If Kirby eats pac, Kirby wins
-If Kirby eats a ghost and touches pac, Kirb-mister wins
-If Kirb eats a ghost and Paccy eats a power-up ball, then eats Kirby, Pac will win AND he gets bonus points.
-Space Invaders come and pwn them all
I think they all die cuz Space Invaders kill 'em since they have no ammo or protective sheilds.

I would love to say pacman, but kirby has the range. His suction will pwn pac because he doesnt even have to get right next to him, he just gets sucked in before he can eatem. Poor pac, pwned by evolution.
