I would go with grouping people together for hate. I said midgets should be forced to live in their own communities away from normal people once. I was compared to Hitler!
Say mentally challanged people should be fixed to prevent reproduction and people who are the parents should be fixed as well so that the recessive genes end there and more children can't carry them.
