Sakura and Ino are my two favorite felmale characters in Naruto.I personally think that Ino made Sakura the way she is today.Ino helped Sakura gain her self confidence about herself.What really bugged be was that how they let Sasuke come between their friendship, and then after that every thing got out of control.Still they had their moments.I'm not sure but in the time skip it seem's to me that Ino and Sakura aren't feuding over anything.I think they are no longer rivals cause they have nothing to rival about.Plus Sakura had already proven to herself that she is just as good as Ino.Still I think in the time skip Ino and Sakura have grown once more to be good friends.

Sakura and Inoooooo. heart I love the two of them together. I don't understand why people can't/didn't see them as friends. Ino and Sakura still cared for each other, despite their everyday bickering. [personal opinion] And I don't think Sakura broke off from Ino entirely because of Sasuke. She wanted to bloom by herself and had she stayed behind Ino, she would have gotten nowhere. Ino realized this in two instances: one, when Sakura cut her hair, and two, during the chuunin exams. [/personal opinion]

Anyway yeah. I love it the best when they're jokingly teasing each other. Even in Part II, anybody could see that they're trying to best each other for their own reasons. xd

what promise did they make? i dont want to sound like the clueless one here but i really dont know. can some one tell me, maybe in white if they dont want to give away spoilers to others.

I totally and completely agree with you. After the Chuunin Exam fight they both settled their differences somewhat and even though they both still like Sasuke they still became friends again. I also definitely think that Ino started to lose interest a bit after Sasuke left Konoha but I think that after he comes back she'll start liking him a lot again. Personally, I think Ino only likes Sasuke because of his looks unlike Sakura who likes him more then just his looks.

They were already closer after they fought in the chuunin exam. And you can tell that Ino really did lose interest really because during the Chuunin exam when Sasuke wasnt there yet, Chouji came down and asked where Sasuke was and Ino told him to shut it about him, then tried to confort Sakura. Showing there that Ino wasnt really affected by it. Sure she worried, please she's been crushing on him for the same amount of time, if not longer. But I believe its more friend feelings and interest of looks.

But yes they have always been friends, but sometimes male rivalry clouds the visions of female. Eh what can we say, we arent perfect. Lolx.

Ino and Sakura were the best of friends... it's sad they way they are always fighting over sasuke...

i think that Ino and Sakura realized that they really were still friends inside the forrest of death when there were all those flashbacks to thier childhood.
