(wandering around for one post gets you nowhere neutral ) DratiniLv.5 Hp.40 Attacks:Leer, 20 dmg Wrap, 15 dmg 1/12 Lillith looks around with curiosity in the dragon caves while dratini practices his moves on inanimate objects. after a few levels, she realized, that she would have to go take her (dratini is a her) to fight real pokemon to train.

yes it does. it just doesnt do any damage so its not listed on his attack list
