__... Are we allowed to change our hair color or skin tone, etc..?
_____Of course. Change whatever you want. We always know it's your because when you submit your entry, you are wearing it. There's no way around that.

__... Is it a problem if we (judges and spectators) dress up along with the themes?
_____Of course not! Dressing up with the contest is highly encouraged.
