The Rules and Their Numbers!
The numbers will be to the left of the number, separated by the asteriks.
*3* No bumping. This is not a serious offense, but repeated breaking of this rule(five times) will result in the fifteen required demerits. Be careful.
*15* No cybering, hinted or otherwise. This is a universal Gaian rule. Break this, and not only will you instantly hit the fifteen demerits, but you will be reported to the Gaian Moderators(I.E., Your Akina).
*3-5* No spamming. Double-posting can be easily corrected by simply deleting the second post. This is also not extremely serious, but the reason that it is "3-5" is that, when the spamming is intermittent and rare, it will only give you three demerits. However, the repeated spamming in a single thread will quickly jack the penalty up, and you could get in a lot of trouble, really fast.
*5* Spamming threads is definately not allowed, unless specifically requested by the current Guild Captain. This is fairly serious, and if you do post a thread twice, you either mark the second one as needing to be immediately deleted, or you take the penalty. Posting four threads, total(the first one doesn't count) will result in the fifteen required demerits.
*10* Refusal to accept an applicant because of race/nationality/etc. However, you can bar them out because they don't meet the literacy standards of your roleplay. This won't immediately result in the fifteen demerits alone, but if you have broken other rules, it could be dangerous.
*5* False Reporting of breaking these rules. Report the breaking of these rules to any moderator(including myself), and we will get on is as soon as possible. However, if you break this rule, it will result in being labelled as a false reporter, which could discredit you later on. On top of that, you recieve five demerits.
*5* Illiteracy. This is the Crimson Ibis, and it's expected that you don't "tlk liek dis." Now, this is acceptable in some out of character threads, primarily as a joke.
*5* Flaming is absolutely not allowed! This is not to be mistaken for constructive criticism. If you point out someone's flaw without offering advice, with the knowledge that it will insult them, it can be considered flaming. Now, you can offer constructive criticism, but if they ask(or tell) you not to offer any more, than simply refrain from giving them advice.
*3* Having Ibis members on your ignore list. This isn't too serious, but it can be annoying. If you have a member on your ignore list, and the ignored member contacts a moderator about it, than you will be asked to remove them.
*10* Ignoring a command by a Moderator. This is severe. If you have a problem with how a Moderator is doing things, than contact [Q]. However, until [Q] can get back to you, it is advisable that you listen to the moderator.
*5* Stretching the page. This includes two things-- directly linking(so that it shows up on the page) any picture bigger than 500x500 pixels. Remember, while this might not stretch your screen, others with lower screen resolutions might find it problematic. The other way is through text, either lacking spaces in words or posting something redundant, or even by adding too many spaces.
*3* Quote Tunnels. This is where you quote several different posts inside each other. A maximum of five quotes is recommended.
*10-15* Suicidal encouragement, even when joking. This absolutely is not permitted. Don't try it. You will be warned, banned, and in some cases, reported to a Gaian Moderator(I.E., Your Akina).
