A 15-year-old boy lives with his mother. His father dissapeared seven years ago, and his sister is in rehab after attempting suicide. His mother spends most of her time on the couch. At school, rumor says she's a prostitute. He doesn't really believe it, but whatever... So, one day, his mother says he needs to get a job... and the only one he can get is as a paperboy. One day, on his route, an old mailman pulls him aside... and asks him to be a sidekick. The story goes from angsty to humorous, in The Adventures of PostMan and Paper Boy!!!!

its so cheezy but i could be very amusing if well written. Good luck and i look forward to reading it ^_^

the plot seems a little far fetched, but anything can work if the writer is good enough. Oh, there is one problem with the plot. If his sister attempts suicide they will not send her to rehab, rehab is for drug addicts. Instead they will send her to inpatient at the psych ward of a hospital for no more then a month after which if she doesnt recover she is sent to a permement facility. Also if she does eventually leave inpatient she might go into outpatient for a week. If she does have a drug problem and did try to commit suicide she would still go through the same thing mentioned as before.
