FFVIII was my fisrt FF, it is also my favorite...
But I can't say I've played it the most though

biggrin Mine too , and I love it and have played it lots. I have a thing about good graphics , so when I first saw the amazing opening scene and then the game started , I was really disappointed and did'nt bother with it. Then my son started playing and told me it was brilliant and the rest is history lol lol I've never judged a game by it's graphics since.

Alithaia biggrin Mine too , and I love it and have played it lots. I have a thing about good graphics , so when I first saw the amazing opening scene and then the game started , I was really disappointed and did'nt bother with it. Then my son started playing and told me it was brilliant and the rest is history lol lol I've never judged a game by it's graphics since. I've never judged a game by it's graphics... I've played too many to be swayed by such minor thing... Sure better graphics make for easier playing (on the eyes), but what happened to the good old days where it was all like 8-16 bit, and (not referring to FF) where there was no save or password functions so you would have to sit and play all the way through or quit and start over later... THOSE were games xd But back to FF, its all about the gameplay and the storyline good graphics does not equal good game

I played it at a friend of mine's house, finished the SeeD exam. Then when I showed her Siren she restarted her entire game because she had missed that GF.
A few years later she sold me her copy and her ps1 since she had gotten a ps2.

A few years later she sold me her copy and her ps1 since she had gotten a ps2. She didn't know you could get GFs from the Bosses in Ultimecia's castle did she?

Yay, i'm not alone in this cruel world!!
i guess VIII was my third or fourth FF so it proves that the story is what counts with me!! though the entrance was amazing! and when i heard the song, my mom and i were like, woah, that's new...

Squall actuall ended up being my fav FF character,
i have Griever pendant, i've seen the perfect replica of his gunblade that i will eventually get, and i've finally found a good griever ring as well, though it costs 180 bucks
i've seen the jacket too, but i don't want people thinking i'm wierd

Granted starting over from the point she was at to get Siren would be a whole lot faster than getting her from the bosses in the castle. I killed Ultima Weapon five or six times because I kept forgetting to draw Eden. Finally got it. Incidently do you put all your gfs on the group you are using or do you split them up? If so who gets which gfs?

I label each setup: Squall- Zell- Quistis- As these are the first characters you get to split GF's with I have to look to tell you exactly who has what, but it is very static in my different saves
