Anyways, to answer the question and remain on topic, by choosing "a" you are also choosing "b." Think of a Venn Diagram... if you choose a subset of something you're essentially choosing the whole thing.
I would chose A, but the question itself is logically flawed. sweatdrop

Riyoku Sakimori Better questions! I have a chinese generator... What does 滥竽充数 (Lan yu chong shu) mean? This is VERY hard ^^ (I wanna ask a question, so HA!) It means you mix with learned people and pretend to be learned as well, but in reality you're not and people only think you are because you are amongst the learned people.

And I think the question form Mr. Ghansta Dude, is 土包子, I think it means you're uncool or something along the lines of it; may not be right though, just taking a guess.
