I noticed a lack of new threads so I'd though that I would contribute, if found useless feel free to delete. I've noticed with the 69 Eyes many of fans become so devoted, maybe this is why they are respected or maybe because they care. What is it about this band that makes you so enthralled wether it be the music, lyrics and even how they strive to change each record. Mundane and stagnat don't seem to plague them at all. For all this I've come to apreciate them in such sort time of a month.

The band is just so cool. The music is terrific, the lyrics are fantastic, the band members are awesome. They've got an awesome sense of style too. They're just so cool! 3nodding heart 4laugh They've all got mad skillz and love what they do! They're really dedicated and I wuvs them! Yay for The 69 Eyes!!!

I love them so much because of the lyrics and the way Jyrki sings. It sounds like Halloween music and that's my favorite holiday. But that's not entirely why I like them. Their sound is just so dark... I've never heard a band that dark before so they are just the best band ever to me. And back to the subject of Jyrki's singing... he sings like Halloween music now, but have you heard him from the 90's? He changed his singing style. I think he MUST be a VERY talented singer if he can change that drastically.

Many artists change their singing style, they've always reminded me of Danzig with a Elvis flavour to it. In any kind of mood 69Eyes can fit right into it.

I started listening to them when I first got into music. They just completely clicked for me on every note I was looking for. It's kind of annoying seeing so many fan girls of the band just because they're good looking.I mean like little girls who buy HIM shirts from hot topic and in actuality don't know a thing about the band. I feel they don't get the respect they deserve because of this. I love pretty much all if their albums, from glam- to goth influenced.

i guess i can say that i love them because of their lyrics. the music that Bazie and Jyrki write is so amazing and makes me think. its more than a simple love song, or a ballad of pain, its what really matters. The music is something to get you going, to make you want to dance. But then at the same time, you want to just chill and listen to the words. Like With "Lost Boys" or "Gothic Girl" you want to drink and party!
but then "Only You Can Save Me Know" and "The Chair" comes on and its so peaceful, its scary. you just want to listen and think, contemplate about what
the lyrics really mean to you. I love it.
Plus their style is wicked cool! heart
