You can invite friends or semi-regulars in the thread to this guild, providing good judgement. (As DNA said, we can always ban people if they act n00bish or we don't want them here or something)
If the person inviting them isn't a mod, then they have to write a reasonable reason for wanting to join, and prove themselves worthy. xp ;;
However we all forked out for this guild, and any members who've been allowed in and haven't have one week to browse the forum and decide if they want to join, and after that period, they have a choice to leave (be banned ^^;; ) or fork out (to the guild treasury), or they'd be banned anyway. xp

Any new members wishing to join must request to join, and state their reasons. Previous appearance in the GD [AA] thread (or event threads) increase your chances of getting in. 3nodding
There is no automatic entry fee installed because we give new members a week's trial period before they pay up. Many of the latter members (on the list) haven't been in a week yet, but this is just a warning for those who have. I will send out PMs soon, and after that, if people have read the PMs and still haven't forked out, I can, and I will ban them, until they donate the 1k, at least.
DNA and I have discussed the possibility of inviting real life friends in to occasionally hang around and post, for free, at a limit of a specific number of invites per member and a specific amount of posts per week, but this idea hasn't been put forward yet. Discuss it over here or MSN if you like the idea. Chances are that it will only apply to RL friends.

This will now be strictly enforced.
There will be a payment of 1000g for any new member after one week.
If you fail to pay after a week you will be sent a PM asking for your payment.
If payment is not received withn the week you will be banned.

EDIT: I will be away from Gaia for about a month from the 24th of March (going to Europe! yay!) So please don't ban me if you PM and I don't respond or what not. Thankyou!

I have a question...if someone fills in a request form gets told their request has been denied then suddenly gets informed they have been banned, what's one to do then? sweatdrop it's probably a really stupid and obvious question, but I was just curious

System fault. As far as I know, when declined a PM is sent telling them of lack of entry. They shouldn't get a message saying they're banned. 3nodding Ok Shell, we'll hold off on your payment for the time being. But when you get back your payment needs to be taken care of.
