[1] The main entrance. After walking up the front steps, one meets the double doors located here. They will be unlocked for the night, so a simple pull on the door handle will allow a person entrance.
[2] The front desk. While no person will be manning the front desk, please sign in on the provided paper and clipboard.
[3] The main lobby. Self-explanatory, although for the night it has been decorated in a very impressive fashion.
[4] Roped off section #1. This line signifies the rope and sign that requests people stay out of this section of the complex. If one is to look over it, they might see it leads to more of the main lobby and possibly restrooms.
[5] Roped off section #2. This line signifies the rope and sign that requests people stay out of this section of the complex. If one is to look over it, they might see it leads to more of the main lobby, a stairwell, and possible quite a few elevators.
[6] The entrance to the ballroom. The double doors located here lead directly into the ballroom where the party is occuring. A simple pull on the door handles will allow a person entrance.
[7] The ballroom. Self-explanatory, although for the night it has been set up just as well as the lobby.
[8] The non-alcoholic refreshments table. Look above for the menu.
[9] The alcoholic refreshments table. Look above for the menu.
[10] The appetizer and entree table. Look above for menu.

Julian smirked in a self satisfied manner as he finally officially unlocked the front doors for the party he had prepared. Things had been rather difficult at first, as the refreshments had arrived late and he had been forced to drop off Gage in place of his cousin. Yet, as he opened up his apartment complex to those connected to Lab 305, there was a steadily growing feeling of accomplishment within the young man. He was strangely reminded of when he was younger, far before he studied at the university or lived with the young girl he did now. His parents had periodically held lavish parties, though he had not been allowed to attend until he was twelve years old. Always a reserved child, Julian had refrained from becoming the center of attention at those affairs like others his age might have. Instead he would sit back, quietly help those who asked for his assistance, and bask in the display of excellence his parents had put together.

He was fully prepared to make them proud and then some with his actions that night, even if it meant allowing himself a little spotlight. The main lobby was decorated, and the ballroom was superb. Everybody who needed to know of the event knew, and anyone who didn't probably knew as well, but would not be permitted entrance. Julian took in a deep breath, and stepped back from the doors, ready and waiting.

"Good job, Mr. Sweet," he whispered under his breath, and for a very short time he smiled properly.

On the contrary, one person had just stepped through the double doors into the decorated hall. He hadn't seen a single person, so he had been sitting outside until there was some sign of movement inside. Now that it was obvious other people were in here, he moved forward, brushing a piece of hair that framed his face from his eyes. "Excuse me..." The young boy inquired. "Do we sign in here?" Renhei leaned to the side a bit to look around the taller man.

It was fortunate for Shuura that Julian had decided to follow her into the ballroom, and thus he was able to hear her request. With an arched eyebrow he gestured to the table that held the various alcoholic refreshments. It was true Shuura was standing at it already, but it never hurt to make sure.

"There should be," he replied verbally, looking the young woman over in a clearly platonic manner. Having made certain the relative that lived with him was unaware of the party taking place that night, Julian had been allowed to dress himself, and that meant he was clothed in his usual school uniform. The dark pants and sweater vest certainly fit the young man, but they did not exactly convey the idea that he was entertaining guests. "You look... acceptable, I suppose."

Aki strolled in with a smile, still happy about Melisande's excitement. It had been a while since she'd gotten to enjoy herself, anyway...the whole thing was an excellent idea.

Checking in briefly at the front desk, Aki slipped out of her long jacket and folded it over one arm as she strolled to the double doors. Food, drinks, and a few had already arrived!

"Ah, I take it I'm not fashionably late, then. Drat." Offering a smile as she glanced for a place to hang her coat, Aki took a glance for familiar faces. Anyone she knew?
