first thing first: to be a spriter, u just need: a) MS Paint installed on ur computer, b) a mouse and c) a brain, and fingers =).
...

there's no brain required...
just understanding of human anatomy and shading (which requires a brain...)
for spriting, ummm, I got a tutorial...
it's for animation, but it's a good place to start..
once you understand that, you SHOULD be able to understand what to do on your own...

Barsona there's no brain required... just understanding of human anatomy and shading (which requires a brain...) for spriting, ummm, I got a tutorial... it's for animation, but it's a good place to start.. once you understand that, you SHOULD be able to understand what to do on your own...

tnevitt how do I make Animations from paint? from paint? The last I remember, you can't. You can make the sprites, but not animate

Meh, I started spriting by doing recolours. Click this for a good guide to recolouring. It's the first step before editting and eventually animating. I still do some, though these days I tend to concentrate on my studies more than anything else.

I never got a tutorial, I just started recoloring and then ended up splicing and stuff O_O

I only see two problems. One, the white space is WAY too big
Two, her hand kinda dissappeared O_O

Yup, it indeed disappeared. Try using at least three colours 4 shading, and respect the black line xD.
