You can only remember falling, for what seemed like an eternity through pitch black surroundings. You feel have awake, as if falling down a rabbit hole this must be a dream. But soon as if gravity decided to stop playing with you, your legs move towards the ground and you land. Looking this way and that you see only more blackness.

Don?t be afraid the door is still shut. . . Words seem to appear in your mind you are startled but not afraid, the voice is ageless, sexless. As if the words were spoken directly into your thoughts.

There is so much to do and so little time. . .walk forward. . . as if against your will you take a step and then notice two doors identical to each other side by side. You look around and see nothing else.

Which door will you choose? One leads to the light, the other to darkness . . .Only you can decide. . . It is as if the voice is trying to encourage you to make a decision, but there is nothing to indicate which door will lead where. Taking a breath you reach out to grasp the door handle and turn the knob.


Please indicate which door you open in a rp response. There is 2 a left and a right one. There is nothing to indicate which will lead where. When you respond you will then be either contacted by Pales or Jayoku.

Maeko was waiting for Namine, as she waits for anyone really. This time she was fiddling with an item that looked like a rubix cube only covered with different runes. Upon seeing the door open she had the cube vanish and she held her hands folded behind her back managing to look just a little sheepish. Maeko didn't seem to take her job seriously, but she did. It wasn't her fault that waiting got lonely and boring. More so boring than lonely ...

"Ahh, welcome, I am Maeko Guardian of the Light." She said upon seeing Namine's form enter through the door. "I am here to guide you to your destiny." She smiled, Maeko seemed friendly.

"I believe you are the one named..." She unclasped her hands and put it to the corner of her lips, "Ah, nevermind. I'll let you introduce yourself." She had removed the finger and waited paitently.

Maeko faintly smirked at the bit of disorientation. It was common, "Very well, Namine. I have a choice you need to make. It'll be very important."

Maeko began, each time the speech was a little different, a change up in routine always keept her mind otherwise unbored...Though the trance came just the same and each item lit up as she went through the speech,"The power sleeps within you, give it form..." Her voice was soft and soothing, yet commanding and firm.

" Which power do you seek?"
The power to protect, such as the guardian?" The Shield lit up upon the pedistal.
"The power to use magic such as the the mystic?" The Wand lit up upon the pedistal.
"Perhaps the power to fight for yourself, like the warrior?" The Sword lit up upon the pedistal.

"Choose wisely as you can only choose one...." Maeko ended the speech and just waited for Namine to decide.
