Okay, maybe I am a bit of a poet or just a really big opposites-attract fan or something. But have you noticed that
Naruto resembles the day?
-blond hair.
-spikey hair.
-bright personality.
-blue eyes.
-Kyuubi = a big load of chakra.
And Hinata is like night?
-dark blue hair.
-shy dark? personality.
- byakugan white eyes.

Of course! Its perfect for NaruHina <3
Naruto is bright, loud and a very happy and positive person while Hinata is a calm girl who is silent like in the night. They are very much oppisotes and their personalities I think can balance eachother out which makes this pairing very beautiful and it could defenitely work.
I'm a very big fan of angst/beautiful pairings *cough*NaruHinaSasuSaku*cough* And one of the reasons why I don't support NaruSaku is because it isn't deep to me like Naruto and Hinata or Sasuke and Sakura. Sorry to anyone who isn't a SasuSaku fan here x_x;

And so what if they only met once? People thought the same with Vegeta and Bulma from DBZ and guess what happened? And in case you forgot, Kishimoto's a DBZ fan. domokun And there's also the question of why did Kishimoto make Sakura remind him of his past when he could have easily made it Naruto or Gai? Its a hint, I tell you.

You are totally right. Naruto is so bright and cheerful most of the time while Hinata, she's more timid and resembles the quiet of night quite well. I love this pariing so much. Naruto just doesn't seem to see all the little hints Hinata is giving off or anything...Hehe...Naruto can be such an idiot at times...yet, Hinata loves him for him! heart Oops...ranting...sorry...
