frozen orb damage

ok i have heard of alot of damage with frozen orb, from 700 to 1000 but all i can get mine up to is 430 stare .

does anyone know how to get it higher?

I do 750 damage, I maxed orb, ice bolt, and oclt mastery, but you can't see that, so it's like 1500 if someone has 0 resis cold
