The face is wonderful. There's a lot of life in here eyes, which is hard to do.
Her hair falls nicely, and her neck isn't insanely scrawny.
I love her outfit, but I do believe it could use somre more texturizing.
The way you handled the shading of her hair is great. Do you see how you have the solid lines surrounding her frame? Despite the traditional bolding of outlines on anime or anime-esque drawings, this girl has the potential to take on both anime and real qualities. If you were to soften the lines around her form like you have on her hair, I think she'd look amazing.
Overall she's an excellent start. Again, I really love her face. She really could be perfect with just some texturizing of those clothes and line softening.
