YEAH so I was SUPPOSED to go to a Panic! concert today but it was cancelled.
I heard somewhere that there was a death in the family or something.
Can anyone else tell me why it was cancelled?
Argh, I was looking forward to that concert. >>;
But if it was because of a death in the family, that's totally understandable.

Yeah, according to their website, there was in fact a death in the family. No other details besides that were posted.

Well that's a major bummer.
I'm sorry that the concert got cancelled and you missed 'em, and I'm sorry to whoever lost a loved one and everybody it effects.

George Ross, Ryan's father, has passed away. The cause is currently unknown. A funeral service will be held on Thursday in Las Vegas.

Rice On Toast I found this info at the P!ATD thread: George Ross, Ryan's father, has passed away. The cause is currently unknown. A funeral service will be held on Thursday in Las Vegas. Aww! That's sooo sad! crying I think Ryan's dad was a source of his inspiration in his song lyrics... (My two favorites too!- "Nails for Breakfast, Tacks for Snacks" and "Camisado") I wonder how that'll affect him cry

There's no doubt that he was sad, but we can't forget that Camisado was about his father being an alcoholic, not portraying him in a positive manner.
