Student Minion walked into the Slytherin common room and set down his bags. Then he went over and gave his jet black owl her food. And then he sat down in deep thought waiting for other students to arrive.

Having a Handyman as a father came in handy at times. Like now, where he had put little wheels on his daughters bags and trunk so she wouldn't have to lift them all at the same time just because she was underage and then ruin her back.
She looked around the common room and saw only one other occupant. ~Well, this could get interresting~ she thought and started towards the dorms, wanting to find her bed soon to get some sleep. She made a mental note to tell her mother what a stupid, wacko morron Dumbly-whore was the second she got the chance. Which would probably be soon.
Settling in to her dorm, she noticed there weren't many beds to choose from, as not many had been sorted into Slytherin. Not girls, at least. Mainly males, which didn't really surprise her.
She laid down on her bed looking out the small window. It was chilly as the older students had said, but she didn't mind. She liked it.

Minion welcomed the new student, "I'm Minion nice to meet you. This is my owl her name is Demon." Demon flew over to the new student and gave her a letter. The letter had each of the Teachers names and classes on it. Then Demon flew back over to her food and Minion went back into deep thought.

Magick walks in looking very calm and collected, but pretty nervous underneath. She sets her trunk down next to one of the couches, and turns to the pure white cat twining itself around her ankles. "Home sweet home, Morgana." Next she turns to look around the common room, noticing Minion sitting in the corner lost in thought. she then decides that she's too tired to go introduce herself tonight, so she wanders past him into the rooms, picking up her trunk as she goes.
She enters her room to see another girl, slipping off to sleep, and decides she doesn't want to wake her. She gets ready for bed as quietly as she can, so as to not disturb her dorm mate, then she curls up in bed, and Morgan settles next to her head as she falls asleep.

Batsutousai wanders in, looking bored. He glances over at where Minion was sitting and walked over to him, frowning. "Bats," he says, thrusting out his hand to shake.

Minion was startled by Bats and said OMG you scared me. He shakes Bats hand and says the common rooms are up the stairs go pick a bed and get some sleep its really late here.

Bats cocks an eyebrow. "You should be more aware." He turns and walks over to the stairs, but pauses at the bottom and glances back over at Minion. "Thanks, by the way," he offers before going up the stairs.
Bats finds his dorm and trunk and pops it open. He pulls out his night pants, then wanders across the way to the bathroom to get ready for bed. Upon returning to the room, he flicks out the lights and slips into bed to sleep.
Just as Bats is dozing off, two small black cats jump up on the bed and curl up next to Bats to sleep. Bats just smiles.

Minion just nods, then he says to himself "well thats all of the students for now time to pick a bed and get some sleep" he goes up the stairs and opens the boys dorm room door and picks the bed thats left. He opens his trunk and gets his night clothes and goes to get changed, then he gets into bed after letting his owl out to find food.
