Mr.Saturn is awsome then again anything I can throw in that game is awsome cause I cant hold on to anything for more than 3 seconds seriously.I pick something up than throw it immediatly.
Most annoying item the stick after a hammer that loses its head.The hammer head is awsome but the stick sucks. It looks so stupid though cause your character is madly swinging a stick while pounding on the ground with his feet. :p

the stick does no damage...
id say the red shells because they are the suck.
also mr saturn because he does practically no damage

point of items-
red shells-unless you have the handicap setting on lower, red shells won't kill you. they just throw in extra damage.
mr. saturn-used for distractions or to interupt hits, combos or running.
umbrella(yes there is a point)-used for making you less vulnerable landing on the ground and if you win a battle with the parasol up so your floating, you get an award better than fighter stance (finish battle while taunting). instead of getting 100 points you get 500 points i think. if not that then more.
proximity mines-self explanitory
fire flower-rapid hitting fire or distraction when thrown
hammer without the stick-to screw you over of course but the chances of the hammer head falling off are 50 50. also the head is as powerful as an apple from green greens when thrown.
pokeballs(heh balls)-it is now at this point where i can say ANNOYING!!! but only when you get a goldeen. that TRULY is the most useless piece of crap EVER!!!

Mr. Saturn rawks. yes i agree, Mr. Saturn owns because he doesn't really do anything he's just pimpin, my least favorite is kinda pokeballs but mainly bob-ombs. cause i prefer to fight as sheik and i dont use weapons most of the time so i'll be punchin away and a bob-omb appears and i hit it, it blows me up.

yeah... used to always turn em off, buut i sold my gc and so now only time i play is with my friend and he never turns off the items.
