I don't see what all this is about. What did Athne do that's caused everyone so much trauma? Did she flame everyone in here? Did she light someone's pomeranian on fire at throw it at a small child at the park?

Whatever it is, all I know is, it didn't take over the main forum enough to make it that much of a deal, like with the MPL and Fred drama.

I'm going to go check the replies to her Toxic Waste post, because I did see if pre-replies and saw nothing wrong with the post at all.

Okay.

A. There is indeed pre-SCW action that you missed: she's done this all before. In Chester's guild, back in it's hayday, she was there. I don't even remember why, but she left in a pissy huff about something stupid. I actually had no part in any of the posts that took place leading to her leaving, but I noticed that she was unnecessarily bitchy all the time. She was doing the same kinds of things this time, only proving that she hadn't changed. This is why I was so eager to jump on her back because in my eyes it was just repeat offenses that I wasn't going to stand by and watch.

B. She was just being rude. To everybody. I honestly don't know how you can't see that. One instance to bring to mind was the blatant attacking of Mar's and Peeka's obsession. Come on. You just don't attack the obsessions. It isn't even something you should get worked up over, but it's just rude. Just because you think something sucks doesn't mean that's fact. She was parading around like all her opinions were the truth!

C. She mentioned in her final posts that she was just kidding. If she was kidding, a little "j/k" seriously wouldn't have killed her. This is the Internet. Nobody knows if you're kidding because it's all just blocks of text. The only way people are going to know is if you use emoticons (which, she used the stare one mostly, not helping her case) or if you come right out and say you're kidding, which, if she really was, is what she should've done in the first place. Really, I just think she was trying to play the victim, because if people are REALLY kidding about something, most of the time they will not react so negatively. They'll be mature about it and make apologies and make sure they're more careful next time. I think with Chester's and my first "attack" she really should've said, "Gee, you know, I was just kidding, sorry", but she didn't.

D. We are not less of a family. ._.; I don't see anybody's trust level in anyone else dropping, I don't see more nastiness. Now if people are feeling that way they should just come out and say it and we will talk about it 'cause that's what families do. surprised

E. The mythology nonsense was completely and utterly uncalled for, and my stance on this will not change at all. It's all supposed to be in good fun, even if Chester made you a man-eating blob with deformed ankles or whatever. It's fictional. Even if you think it sucks, you know what? You can be creative with it and make it cool instead of just sitting there constantly bitching about it. I once remarked about what I would do if, say, Chester decided that I didn't have an arm. Well, this arm would be a justice-pounding cannon, as it would shoot holy light of punishment out of the hole where the arm used to be. You see? It's easy. Athne could've done it.

So, do I think it was worth getting pissed over? Yeah. If it makes me a drama llama to act on somebody being what I definitely see as immature and rude, then dramallama .

So technically, you're biased. You've seen her act like a b***h before, so you have a grudge against her and are unnecisarrily hostile towards her. Maybe if you could have just forgetten the previous grudge and left the whole thing alone, this would not have happened. Call her a pessimist, call her a b***h, but I've seen PLENTY of posts she has made that weren't in any way bitchy, and by you just drawing out all the bitchy ones and neglecting to pay attention to the non-bitchy ones, that's you /also/ being pessimistic.

It seems you and Chester are the only ones who she is complaining about. Notice that you two are the ones she's had past experience with.

Conciously or subconciously, you two DROVE her out of the guild just because of the grudge you have for her from the PAST.

I didn't see her being all that bitchy. Really, if it were all about the fact that she was bitchy, there'd be a lot more members being driven out of the guild, Sabriel for one.

You two are just taking EVERY LITTLE THING she says as being bitchy because that's what you've gotten from, her in the PAST.

show me the thread, by what you're saying, that does seem wrong, but since in essence you're a bit biased towards her, I'll need to see the thread before making a decision.

So? It's the bloody internet, kidding or not, does it really matter oh-so-much that you have to come out and attack her for it?

You two ATTACKED her, just because she didn't say "j/k", doesn't validate your own actions.

You CHASED one of the new families members out of the guild!

Athne is a real person, you can't make aup a story about a real person, even if it's fictional, and FORCE them into being/doing something if they don't want to do it. One of my stories uses two of my friends as characters, it's fictional, yes, but if they don't like something, no matter what, I'm going to have to change it. That's probably the reason why you don't see a lot of games/anime/manga that have characters based on real people, it's a hard thing to do.

Also keep in mind that, because of the past experience, Athne could have taken her fate in the mythology as an attack aswell.

Really, why /was/ she the only one in the whole group that got the short end of the stick? It seems like there may have been some motives behind that. Chester could have given anyone the "deformed ankles and neglected child" role, it's just a bit odd and suspicious that it had to be given to the one person Chester has had trouble with in the PAST.



Don't forget about the fact that you too are being immature.

Really, I think all of this is bull, and I'm INCREDIBLY dissapointed at this attitude.

For now, or forever, I am leaving SCW, unless you three decide to replace your daipers.
