Here's the info for creating your characters.

Level: 9
Attributes: My favorite, 5d6 drop 2 lowest, reroll 1's and 2's.
Alignment: Any, yes, any. Even evil.
Allowed Races: Any, as long as your LA is no more than 8. I'd like you to have at least one class level.
Allowed Classes: Any but an Incarnum class, I haven't been able to get ahold of a pdf for that. If you have the pdf, and don't mind sending it, then you can play one.
Allowed Books: Any but Magic of Incarnum, see above.
Starting Gold: Normal for your character.
