Ein was in a good mood today. Silver had been given a bonus, and soon as she ended her part time job for the day, she knew they'd all go shopping together. Ananchel was in a good mood too- and that one was never in a good mood. So, deciding that the day could not get any more. Ein wore a simple white and pink Hello Kitty shift and walked through the park.
They lived near this one, kind of. And she enjoyed being alone these days. All those dreams were starting to bother her- to a point really, that Ein was severely tempted to talk to one of her guardians about it.
But talking about dreams, memories that seemed only half real... well, it was too personal, too raw to talk about now. So every day that she could, Ein went on walks. Quick ones, close ones so that she wasn't too far- Ein was a child now, not a baby! She was so much more responsible.
Or so she liked to tell herself.
With the day being as nice as it was, and the park being as friendly as it was, Ein didn't mind that on the bench, Ananchel was waiting for her. She could pretend she was on her walk alone, waiting for Silver but still, alone. Solitude.
It never interested her, unless she was on these walks. And even then she liked being surrounded by activity.
Picking out a piece of candy from her little hello kitty bag strapped around her shoulder, she unwrapped it and popped it into her mouth. Yes. This was a good day.

Seema and Sissi sat in the grass, Seema napping and Sissi stressing out over the newspaper. Sissi was on a job hunt that seemed to never end and the two hadn't gotten out of the aparment since the little one's arrival.
Seema wore overalls and a shirt especially made for her that allowed all four arms to move freely, she had one thumb popped into her mouth and the rest of her arms wrapped around herself.
"God will this never end!" Sissi growled angrily, waking the poor dear. "Hey there sleepy head you awake?"
Sissi's eyes darted from Seema to a new form that walked through the park.
"hello there!" Sissi looked concerned seeing a young girl walking through the park alone. "Are you looking for someone?"

Ein looked over at the noise, and started. Wait. How many hands did that little girl have? And what was that green stuff in her hair? "No" she answered, as politely as she could as she walked over. "My guardian is sitting over there--" pointing at the Seraphim who seemed busy entering something into a PDA, she nodded. "I just like walking."
Bright, cheerful, she looked down at the baby, curious and a little bit wary at the same time. Ein had seen pictures of herself when she had been that young... but surely she had never been so small?! Entranced by the size, she nodded.
"My name is Ein." and she sat with them.
Well, this girl certainly never waits for an invitiation.
The snakes in her hair hissed at the sight of the girl, and she nodded back. "This is thing one and thing two." it was partially a joke, and she smiled. "Are those green things baby snakes too?"

"Hello Ein, I'm Sissi and this little one is Seema," She smirked, this little one was surely intrusive! "Oh, it's good to know your guardian is around. Sometimes it's not a good thing to walk alone."
Seema looked up at Ein excitedly her two toned eyes glittered in the sun light, She's curious! Nothing I've ever seen before! Seema's hands reached out for the snakes as they hissed.
"Nope, I think they're vines, they certainly smell like then. Thing one and thing two, eh? Well, would you three like a sandwhich?" She motioned to a diaperbag and picnic basket, "if your mom says it's okay help yourself!"
Now that is the type of alien I'm talking about, Sissi thought, I could study those snakes in her hair! The ever emerging scientist came out in Sissi as she watched the little girl. She had signed up for the program to study an alien.

"Seema?" she asked, staring down. Oh. They weren't snakes, then? A little bit disappointed (why couldn't she find anyone who had things growing out of her hair like she did?) she nodded. Vines were pretty nice too. They'll be pretty in the future too, right?
Didn't all vines grow flowers and stuff?
"I'm sure Ananchel would say it's fine." she said immediatly, and then smiled, a little bit more cautious. "If that's okay." she added shyly. "She's not my mom... though." she frowned.
Someone else was, but she couldn't remember. So she decided not to think about it too hard. "Silver is, kind of. Ananchel helps take care of Silver, so I guess she's like my aunt? But she doesn't act like an aunt. Not really. I mean..." and then she stopped.
"I talk too much." she added sheepishly, looking at the girl.
The snakes in her hair reached out for the girl too, long enough that they didn't pull at Ein's head too much. Curious about the thing that seemed curious about them, they archied forewords, rubbing against her hands.
"They don't bite." she added. "Well. Except for Silver. But I think it's because they like her so much."

"Not a problem at all," Sissi leaned over and snagged the diaper bag. She had a million questions for the little girl, "So are you from another planet?" She asked bluntly, handing over a peanut butter sandwhich.
A small giggle escaped Seema as they touched her skin. She grabed ahold of one of them gently her fingers squeezing and examining the them.
"Wow! That's the first noise she's made since she landed! She doesn't even cry!" Sissi was half tempted to write in the notebook stuffed in the diaperbag. She documented everything that happened with Seema, for research of course. "Can you feel the snakes, when Seema touches them, or are they completely seperate beings attached to you?"
Sissi blushed she may be over stepping her boundries, asking such questions. "Maybe you could go get your..aunt..?"

"Another planet?" she was confused by this question, and it bugged memories that were just coming out. "I.. think so." she said, carefully. "I know I remember things sometimes, before I was a baby... but I haven't talked to Silver about it. Maybe they are just memories?" she brightened. "I did watch a cartoon though, about a girl who had many lives?" That had been interesting. Maybe she was remembering her other life.
Well, literally.
"Kind of." she winced at the tightening of the grip. "It just feels like my hair, but... more." she was good at words, wasn't she? "Like, if you sit down too long and your leg goes numb, and you can feel everything but there's still some kind of pause to all the feeling?" she brightened. Wow. That made much more sense.
"Seema is pretty." she had two colored eyes, for one thing. And vine in her hair! And four arms! "Silver says I didn't cry much either." but she couldn't really remember.
Maybe she didn't want to.
"My aunt? Okay!" turning her head enough that she could, she waved rapidly, coincidentally catching Ananchel's attention with the movement. The seraphim got up, noting the other woman and the slightly unusual child. Hmm.
"She's nice. Really. She bought me a pretty lamp yesterday, because Silver says I'm too old for a nightlight." the words left her mouth in a rush, like an exhale.

"Sorry, I don't mean to ask so many questions. I'm just curious, I don't know anything about Seema." she noted that she would have to write down some of the things Ein said, like not remembering and about the Snake's feeling.
At the mention of her name so many times Seema let go Ein's snakes and looked around her her smile was bright showing razor sharp teeth. She waved her first two arms around and grabed her bare feet with the second set.
"It must be odd with so many arms?" She mused allowed. "A new lamp, what kind? You know I still sleep with a night light, it isn't all that bad!"
"Oh, hello there!" Sissi waved to the apporaching Guardian, "I'm Sissi, we've been having a delightful conversation with Ein! She's very bright, how old is she?

"Old enough." Ananchel said, amused. Seven? Seven sounded right. She didn't understand humans and their concept of measuring every year of the life, so she rarely kept track. Although she thought she could remember seeing seven candles on the birthday cake.
"I'm Ananchel, pleased to meet you." she looked down at the little Seema, and tilted her head. Ein had bumped into enough ICRS convicts for Ananchel to hazard a guess. "An adopted alien?"
Ein smiled, and the snakes withdrew from being around Seema to nestle more tightly in her hair. "You have sharp teeth." she said, leaning forewords slightly to stare. It must be convenient, having so many pair of arms. Weeds, teeth, four hands she stared, entranced.
"A pretty kind." she answered belatedly. "It's good butterflies on the silk thing, and it's pink."
She added the last as if it was a trump card.

"Yep, she's an alien, although from where or what is up with all the arms I have no clue!" Sissi's eyes played over Ananchel taking her in and examining the possibilities of conversation.
"Oh a pink! That's a very pretty color!" Sissi smiled at Ein and then looked down at Seema. Odd little thing that she was.
The better to ear you with my pretty! Seema quoted a fairy tale that Sissi had read to her, if only she could speak and explain her thoughts. But, then again do I really have a reason to communicate?
"I'm trying to get used to Gaia, I'm from Earth, have you ever heard of Earth?" She questioned the two infront of her. "This is really different than Earth, people don't usually have four arms or tails, or anything of that sort!"

Ananchel laughed. "Vaguely." she responded. She had heard of it, of different worlds really-- but none of it was important to her. What was the point of other worlds existing if Silver refused to travel and Ananchel refused to go anywhere without Silver?
"We've adopted Ein too." she responded, nodding her head and motioning to the girl. "A convict, of sorts?" she added wryly. She knew why the girl had been put away, but it sounded like a better story whenever she called her a convict.
Much better story.
Ein meanwhile, stared at the little girl and heistated. Reaching out with one hand, she asked. "Can I touch your hair?" She had touched Ein's snakes, after all. She thought it fair.
But she decided she wasn't going to make a decision until she had the girl's approval. Her teeth were too sharp for anything else.

"She doesn't bite if that's what you're afraid of, she doesn't do much of anything in reaction to people, you're the first she's responded to. She wont make any motions or smile on account of me," Sissi's voice sounded disappointed as she looked at the little blond haired girl.
Seema reached out playfully and poked at Ein's hand her eyes following Ein's every movement, it didn't seem like she had noticed the seraphim woman; she was too caught up in watching Ein.
"Maybe she realizes she's like you?" Sissi added.
"A convict? But they're just kids, there can't be ones that are still evil or deviant, can there?" She looked up at Ananchel.

Ein smiled, delighted. She stroked the hair, feeling the difference between the blonde and green streaks. Wow, that lady was right! It did feel different. How strange. "Will you grow flowers in your hair one day, Seema?" she asked, not minding if the girl couldn't answer. It wasn't that crucial, after all. What babies talked?
"She won't smile?" Ein giggled, stroking the hair. "But she's so adorable! You're really, really cute." she aimed the second sentence at Seema, nodding her head. She had seen pictures of some other babies, and this one was cuter.
Or maybe she was just biased.
Ananchel shrugged. "That's what they told me." shy responded wryly. "Past life?" her movements had her sitting down as well, perching on the grass as if it was a piece of carpet. "I don't know. You never know with these..." she paused, waving her hands. The word 'humans', didn't work, and she wasn't sure she could afford to be so...
what was the word. Specist? Racist?

Seema wriggled her nose looking up at Ein, her pudgy body looking unperportionate with the extra limbs. Physical contact was a good thing, it made her realize that she was actually here and not in some far off place.
"Where are you from, Ananchel?" Sissi smiled eager to hear about another person's life, she was always excited to meet a new person, meeting new people meant new stories, new perspectives, and new ideas. "I'm shocked that you'd say a child could do such a thing. Although they do grow up."
Ein had gotten close enough for Seema to see Thing one and Thing Two, she found them particularly interesting, she reached out to them beaming happily.

Ananchel waved her arm again. "A world..." she said, vaguely. "It doesn't exist any more, so there's no need to talk about it." a private woman, she nodded her head. "And yourself, Sissi? Why Seema?"
Ein wiggled. She leaned forewords, and the snakes in her hair did the same as wall, wrapping themselves around Seem's hands. The child was used to this, and knew better then to make any sudden movements- it always hurt her, more then the snakes when she did something like that.
One of the snakes leaned forewords, flicking it's tongue out to taste the weed that grew out of Seema's hair, as if wondering too, what it was. Ein laughed. They were extensions of her, weren't they? And she had never questioned their minds.
"They like you." she said, nodding her head at the baby.
