I will be The House Atreides if it pleases the emperor....... What part of the dune timeline are we starting at.....butlerian jihad, or Paul muadib's lifetime....or his direct ancestry?

Uh, it's an alternative history kind of thing. So, at the same time that "Dune" is happening, but it'll go different from there. Hell, who knows. Maybe we'll get no-ship technology soon (HINT HINT HINT).
***Miscellania: There are other things that play part in this game, but that are DM-controlled, such as population growth rate (fluctuates between 1-5%), random events, etc. If you have questions, ask me how it is determined. In order to play, all you need to do is provide a:
Name of your House, in the format "House "
House Motto, in any language, but preferrably English
House Insigna, just as a descrption, but a picture would be pretty cool
The House leader, with a European Noble title, and a first name (the last name being the name of the House), and a description (if you want).
The House Representative on Kaitain, with a first name, last name (if different from House name), and a descrption (if you want).
The House Major and Minor Industries
You will start off with 50000 solaris. I will be updating the CHOAM Market, and the Landsraad Council post. Overall, PM me if this is lacking in info you need to play. I will inform all participants when the game will begin.
Also, contact me and give me your email if you want a handy-dandy Excel attachment that is an efficient House Management Tool.
Also, I guess you should post in the thread in my profile: it'll be easier, and it'll attract more people.
In addition, PM me your profiles, and I'll add them to the roster.
