I'm getting a new vibe/bell set! YAY I'm so happy! Then they have this wonderful idea to make me play with 4 mallots.... which I've never done... my hands are numb and bruised... but it's so worth it for the solo's and duets I get! All this hard work better pay off! lol I"m aiming for DrumMajor next year.... highly doubt I'll get it because I have this assistnat section leader who wants it and he's more arrogent then me so he'll prolly get it. Oh well I have a year to work on it, I'm going to be a Junior this coming up year and so it's my last chance you know? emo

WOOHOO! New vibes rock! The vibes I play on are still considered new, even though we have had them for like...3 years I think. This is my last year of school....how saddening. I haven't played 4 mallets, but I think I may for solo, I am not sure. Have fun!

four mallets hurt, don't they?
you'll get over it though. it only hurts for the first week or so. sweatdrop

getting new instruments is always exciting! we got new vibes last year and they were so golden and shiny. but some IDIOT (my section leader) knocked them over while running and pushing them infront of him, so now they're all skrewed!!! crying he broke the beautifulness!!! oh well...i'm glad you got new one. don't knock them over 4laugh !
