Oblivion is leveled. You could beat the game at level one if you were good enough. You level up, the game gets harder to meet your level, and you see new monsters.

A level One with Mxed out Major Skills...
It is possible if you never ever sleep.

3nodding , when you gain a skill level everyone in the game gains one too apparantly making the game more of a challange so even if you don't sleep it will get harder. Im at level 31 and i still find it pretty easy though.

Im at level 31 and i still find it pretty easy though. yeah, but it will get harder as you sleep because harder monsters will appear
