If you're the kind of person who listens to music when you draw, what kind of music to you listen to and what songs had made you so moved inside that you HAD to draw something to it? Also list your reccomendations.
I find that music modivates me to draw. The only song I can recall at the moment that made me draw on the spot was "Broken" by Seether.

I never listen to any particular music when I'm drawing but sometimes I hear a song that inspires me so much I need to draw. The last time this happened wasn't so long ago and the song was Rasputina - Remedy.

I always listen to music when drawing. Mostly industrial/EBM/Synthpop. Sometimes some good jazz like John Coltrane, Miles Davis and Sonny Rollins. Depends on my mood. VAST songs always are inspiring to me. I've drawn pictures inspired by Skinny Puppy songs, and a couple inspired by Assemblage 23. Used to be that with every drawing I made I could name a song that influenced it's creation. Doesn't work like that so much anymore though.

As long as my music matches my mood, I can draw all right. But usually I listen to someting ambientish like Sigur Rós.

Depends on my mood. I can go from beatles to primus to j-pop. Depends on my mood and the style i am going for.

I don't... because I get distracted. I can't listen when I draw or type because I try to sing along and confuse my fingers.

I like most music. And I like to draw while listening to music, since it makes me feel and I can concentrate on the picture, also draw it much longer than without music.
Garbage - A cup of Coffee
Sailor - girls, girls, girls
Shaggy - Angel
Dido - Afraid to sleep
Daft Punk - Harder, better, stronger
Ayumi Hamasaki - Movin' on without you
For some reason those songs make me draw. They're all completely different, but the words mean a lot to me. If I were to sum up my life to half hour, I'd put those songs on. :3
Basically what I'm trying to say is that any song that makes you feel something is good for drawing. 3nodding
