Reityn Beluwa grinned in a satisfied manner, having finally managed to get away from his father. He wagged his little black and white tail happily and bounded off into the trees. He enjoyed going into the trees and hiding in them, it was almost his favorite thing to do other than torment his "poor" father. He huffed at the thought and then flopped over in the shade of a huge, vine covered tree. He panted a little then rolled onto his stomach, from his side, and lifted his head, large ears perking as he continued to pant. Bounding around in the hot sun made anything feel hot, and he would take a little break before he went and found a really dark spot to sit by himself. He enjoyed sitting by himself in dark, scary spots, it made him feel comfortable

Nawari felt so hot she tried getting some shadow with putting her tail over her head that didn't help much at all. She was born with a nice yellow and white fur but that didn't help so much against the sun right now. She decided to seek some shadow and take a little rest and started to look for a tree or any trees nearby..
Ah there was big ones not far from her and she started to trip over there with her small feets, when she arrived she made a big cat-like move up in the tree and made a big jump up on a big branch.

Reityn Beluwa lifted his head a little more, using his small nose as he caught the scent of some other creature. It wasn't like anything he'd smelt before, and he was slightly interested in it, though it was probably just some boring creature that wouldn't be much fun to bother. Pulling himself up, he stretched a little then trotted around, following the new scent until he came to a large tree. Stopping, he looked around, unable to figure out why the scent was so strong, while there was nothing here.

Nawari took a deep breath and then yawned she felt a little tired and hot from the sun and all the heat she had been drinking today but it didn't help when the sun was this hot. Then she perked her ears...hmm she tought she heard something maybe it was someone else in the trees? She didn't look worried but she know she was small but there was probaby no meat eating animals like leopards or cheetahs in the trees because the sound didn't sound that big. She was still concentrated on the sound and she started to wiggle her tail to get some cool air on herself.

Reityn Beluwa looked up at the sun, still managing to beat down on him, even through the trees, and ended up face to face with some strange, cat-like creature. "What the dickens are you?" He questioned rudely, wagging his tail excitedly. This creature didn't look boring at all, he figured he might actually have fun teasing it and being cruel. "Come down here where I can get a better look at you." he demanded, grinning wickedly at the other small creature, not really caring if it wanted to stay up there or not. "And I'm not going to tell you more than once." He said, growling a little and then reclining to his haunches and staring at it.

Nawari raised an eyebrown when she heard a young boys comments it was gladly no leopard or cheetah so that was good but what was it? a little maned wolf maybe? she met an adult female once so the kind off know what they looked like. But apparently no one had tought this young man some manners and where was his parents?
" Well dear if you think i am that funny then come up here if you want to take a look at me " she said teasingly and wagged her tail to get some more cool air. Hm why was that young boy talking to an adult like that?

Reityn "I don't think so freak." He said, not realising that he was probably the one that seemed like more of a freak right now. "He gave another small growl and lifted a paw, batting it at her long tail. "You're weird...what are you?" He asked, almost forgetting that he'd already asked her, and she'd failed to answer. "Hey wait...I already asked you that. Now I demand an answer from you, or I'll rip you apart." He growled, pulling back his lips to reveal his tiny little teeth, sparkling and white in his youth. He batted her tail harder, making sure to catch his claws in her fur and ripping little bits of it out. He grinned again, satisfied, and then put his paw back on the dirt and frowned up at her. "Now answer me. Or I will come up there."

Nawari raised one off her eyebrowns she didn't like him talking like that or pouncing her tail...no pups shouldn't behave like that at all " I am a genet dear just a normal creature that lives on the savannah just like you " but she doubt he was normal..
She wasn't scared off him at all she just moved her tail up to her side so she he wouldn't hurt her pretty tail " So where are your parents little one because i am starting to doubt that you have any at all "

Reityn "I ditched them. They're so boring...and stupid." He said, sitting back down, angry that she had moved her tail. "A genet. Puh. What's that supposed to be?" He asked, spitting at the dirt below where she was sitting in the tree. "And why do you sit in trees? Isn't the shade down here just as good?"
He continued, wagging his little tail again and then lifting his paw and nibbling at an itchy toe. "Stupid bugs, stupid itching..." He mumbled, placing his paw back on the dirt and then looking up at her again. "I wish I didn't have parents. They suck." He said, grinning widely and looking away for a moment.

" Dear parents are never stupid they are suppose to learn you things about life before you reach adulthood or else you never survive this hard world " she sounded serious and nodded her small yellow head " See there is one off the things your parents should have showed you..what a genet is " she smiled teasingly..
She looked down at his foot..bugs could be annoying but nawari rarley had any at all...then she just sighed and shoke her head..

Reityn Beluwa laughed at the odd creature....genet...."Well. It's not that hard....I've been doing just fine with my dad for a few days now." He said, thinking about his mother briefly, then shaking his head to rid himself of her memory. "Not like she matters. Just a stupid female...." He said, trailing off, remembering that the genet was a female as well.
He looked away again, pretending to be very interested in the closest tree, and he got up and wandered over to it, wagging his tail behind him, then he leapt onto a wide, flat branch that was hanging close to the ground, and lay himself down on it, now at the same height as her. "So....How old are you anyways? You act like you know a lot..." He asked, flicking his large ears and resting his small head upon his paws.

" Hmm well genets are cat-like creatures so ofcourse we climb trees sometimes.." she watched the pups face silently and carefully did he look sad? a little maybe cubs shouldn't be mad at there parents at all " I am sure your mother wasn't a stupid female..no mothers are " she said warmly
She followed the pups eyes and started to wag her tail again " Well i newly become an adult actually but i know a lot because my mother learned me well " she smiled and did the same as him putting her head on her small paws..

Reityn "Nah. Dad says she's just a useless female." He laughed. He thought the same of her, she didn't matter. His dad had stolen him away while she slept after birth, and Beluwa was strong, even if he was so young. He didn't think he needed his father either, but he stayed with him, for he was too young to hunt, and he wasn't even supposed to be eating solids yet, his sisters probably still nursed.
he had starved for a few days after his father took him, not able to get the nutrients from his mother's milk, and then Zingatia had started force feeding him meat, and he was weaned. Far before he should have been, but he was still weaned, and that's all that matter to Zingy.

Nawari listend to the pup, that was just horrrible stealing pups...no that wasn't how she planned getting her family at all but she knew that the guy she liked would never do anything as stupid as that...some animals must be crazy out there specially this pups father teaching him his mother was useless..
" Come here boy i wanna show you something ok " she did a swing with her head showing she wanted him to jump over to her side. Nawari's face wasn't a happy face but it was just because she felt sorry for the pup.

Reityn Beluwa cocked a brow at her, was this some kind of joke? "What? ....I don't trust you...." He said, wagging his tail and staring at her with his brow lifted. "Tell me what I'm supposed to be seeing..." He said, laughing lightly, then sitting up on the wide branch, raising his hind leg to scratch behind his large ear.
"I don't know what there could possibly be that would be even remotely interesting up here. He said, rolling his eyes. He'd never been in a tree before, not that it mattered. Everything you saw from up here, would be the same as everything you saw from down there.
