My dad actually smuggled in an ak-47 from the gulf war. And now its legal to have XD

la la (XP edition) Can I be 18 to own a auto? And keep it in my dorm room? xd I think you still have to be 21 to get a license. I always wanted to get one. I think I'll go out for a license tomorrow.

Astri I'm not really sure what understanding this has to do with age... I just assumed it was left open so that each person could understand things at different ages. Q is relatively young compared to the older members, and we have some older members who can't grasp certain concepts as easily as, say, some of our 14-year-old members can. Age is irrelevant if we take it as a measure of understanding, but it is relevant insofar as we all come to an age whereupon we begin to understand.

I have a bad temper anyway.. so it might be good to stay away sweatdrop Fortunately, George Bush's domestic blunders don't seep too far over the border, though it makes me seriously reconsider visiting anytime soon. A NRA fantasy made into flesh (i.e. written law) doesn't sound too safe for those of us that refuse to bear arms.
