If you're sure you want to know, I'll put it in white. I hope you mean the anime, that's what I'm putting down. Highlight to see.
At the very end, Shugo and Rena use the power of the bracelet to stop the data corruption. The very last scene is where Rena places her hand over the bracelet and they "fly" towards the gate that's sending corrupted data throughout the game. That about sums it up. We don't know what happens to anyone, we can only assume.

It is kinda' funny because at first I thought they exploded. If you have the DVD, you can watch the second ending(although, it's not much of an ending).
