well now you aware, i speak osaka-ben, and per some request to know some, i m teach here.
Some pronounciation changes:
in ワ行 verbs (verbs ending in u only, such au,tsukau etc.) in -te and past go lke this:
standard: しまう－＞しまって
osaka:しまう－＞しもうた
you must change vowel before the -u to (consanant)o and add te/ta
おう in darou and "let's" forms drop the -u （行こう－＞行こ） （だろう－＞やろ）
osakajin have problem say "S" (like children) -masen->-mahen san->han

starting with greetings
宜しゅうたのみまんがな(yoroshuu tanomimangana)＝ 宜しくお願いします(yoroshiku onegaishiamsu)
ほな＝じゃね・な (hona= ja ne/na)
さいなら＝さよなら (sainara= sayonara)
お早うさん＝お早うございます (ohayousan= ohayou gozaimasu)
お休みやす＝お休みなさい (oyasumiyasu=oyasuminasai)
もうかりまっか and ぼちぼちでんな arent used as often, you may even live in osaka without ever hear now times. but it is still used. the first means "are you profitting?" and the other one is "so-so" (in standard もうかりますか？そろそろですね。）

おおきに＝有難う (ookini=arigatou)
かんにん=ごめん kannin=gomen
かんにんな=ごめんね kanninna-gomenne
すんまへん=すみません sunmahen=sumimasen
えらい、すんまへん=ほんとにすみません erai,sumimasen=hontounisumimasen

the polite form
is made by attaching -harimasu
example:
standard: 言います(iimasu, say)
osaka-ben:ゆいはります(yuiharimasu,say[ though many tokyoite pronounce iu yuu, osaka-ben speakers actually put it in their writing])

negative:
slightly more polite add へん in place of ない
example
standard:
wakaranai
osaka-ben:
wakarahen
{note: with osakan pronounciation it may sound more like wakahen)
less polite is just taking off あい in ない

also ある does not become へん but it become あらへん

past tense can be normal tokyo (except for verbs ending only in -u)
but you also able put on ん to end of た

example
ゆう（標準語で「言う」） ようておる(morec common: ようとる
ようてんねん
when used in "ているんだ" it becomes てんねや or とるねや

osakans have a problem with -su. so it is contracted:
標準語 大阪弁
～ますか ～まっか
～ますよ ～まっせ
～ですか ～でっか
～ですね ～でんな

particle change:
がな= なぁ・ねぇ
で＝よ・ぞ this is consider more strong so men use more, young and assertive women use it(sometimes).this is like a ぞ except women will use this occaisonally so it is not a true zo.
な＝ ね they dont use ね
ねん=it is like よ because male and female use
ねや= ～んだ・～のだ
わ ＝よused by men and women equally
contraction also use in tokyo-ben but more common here:
なん= なの [nano] stating a fact, question a fact.
もん = もの this is the mono used for complaining, not the one that mean thing!!!!!!!

やる is used normally
te agete contract to ~tatte.
te yari is ~tari and is use normally
日本語：お母はんにその手紙を貸したりな。
Romaji: okaahan ni sono tegami o kashitari na.
Englsih: Give that letter to your mother, okay?
te yaru" for first person to second/third person giving is ~taru or ~taro. and is use.
日本語：ええや、ええや。俺は宿題をゆうたるわ。
Romaji: eeya, eeya. ore wa shukudai o yuutaru wa.
English: Don't sweat it. I'll tell him what the homework is.
