It depends. For any melee pally, Exile is by far the best.
For hammerdins/fohers, Hoz is the best.
And ss isn't really that good for pallys anymore.

You know how long a merc lasts in pvp? That's right, they don't.
And They don't have level 16 defiance.

^ It all depends on the merc my old sorc's merc could rape most people...
But yeah like the others said, it all depends on what kind of pally.

ok, in PvP most of the time your merc dies... but I mostly play PvM, so that's why I said it

And who doesnt want life tap on striking, or max fire/cold resist added for pvm? not even to mention the faster block rate.

i use a medusa's gaze sheild on my pally cuz when you die u cast lvl 44 poison nova xp

Lvl 44 psn nova won't kill much. And isn't the whole point of a shield to help you stay alive?

Keep in mind that psn does not kill, but instead bring the person down to 1 life. If the player is already at one life, then the psn does kill them. This makes psn nova effective at dmging people, just not killing them (especially if ur dead at the psn novas cast)
