I'd have to say Homer. Homer doesn't have have any common sense where as Peter is just ignorent and stupid....and proven to be mentally retarded. Homer is just the way he is because he has a crayon lodged up in his brain.

Honestly I don't see why everyone thinks Peter is smarter. Peter didn't learn to do simple things until he was an adult. For example, he never passed the fourth grade until now and he was never potty trained as a kid. And unlike Peter, Homer doesn't bring down his only daughter as much.

peter becuz in a episode he was playing trival prisute (i think thats the name of it)He had pre school questions and he struggled answering them and he found out he is retated.
