It has been just announced that Benny Parsons, the 1973 Winston Cup Champ and commentator on NBC/TNT has been diagnosed with lung cancer. He is said to begin treatment immediately but that he will still be commentating at races. I hope and pray that he does get better cause lung cancer is a bad diesease to have. Holy Crap! That's bad! Benny may not be my favorite commentator, but I still don't want to see anyone have to suffer through that. crying

I hope he gets better. I like it when he announces races. Wether you like him or not, NASCAR wouldn't be the same without him.
