In my home here in Maryland, lesbians, like myself, are treated as if they were ailens. I would like to know if it is the same everywhere. Please include your sexuality, and where you live. I love nice long answers if possable 3nodding . They make me smile! Have fun and I will try to answer everyone if I can. Love Kaerri

I live in Virginia and it doesn't seem that many people care about your sexuality. I'm Bi, and there are a few females in school that are either bi or lesbian and I even had a class with ym girlfriend and I would always be hugging her or holding her hand and soem people said something, or just looked but they didn't seem to care all that much sweatdrop

My girlfriend and I are treated like celebrities at our school. We're not the only lesbians/gay/bisexual people/couples there, we're just the only ones that have come out to everyone and show our affection for eachother in public.

I live in GA and most of us are treated terribly, thing is ppl dont get it about me that i am BI so they become friends and when they realize its true, they prefer to be friends. But someone threw a rock through my friends window and some people are leaving nasty meassages and stuff. Thing is, no one cares what anyone else thinks.

I live in Mi and I get harassed from time to time but no one really does much about it because they know I could easily kill them! However the older kids are worse! They seem to think that since I'm bi they can do what ever they want! Luckly My borrthers girlfriends helps me there! (She's bi too, and my brother has no problem w/ that but he said he wuld w/ me if he found out I am bi! I love my ma and all but if I tell her she'll dis-own me and I kinda need her seeing as how I can't work much because of my many diseases! ((which none of them are contagous!)) Long enough?) Well, I'll shut up now because I'm sure none of you want to hear me complaining or whatever the hell it is I'm doing sweatdrop ((Sorry for my langauge!))

It's good when people are open about their feelings and don't keep them locked up inside. That's what leads to sress and everyone knows how much we love stress stare .

And was friends with several people that were lesbian, bi, or gay. And they rarely complained about harrassment. Yeah, they got harrassed by a some students but overall the student body accepted them.
