Ok, I just resisted arrest. I killed the soldier. When I go into a town now will I get arrested again? I am part of the theives guild.
Also, how do you advance in level more quickly? I am only level 2. My marksman skill is like 48 and sneak is 90. Marksman is my major skill.
How do you increase your strength with out leveling up? I can only hold 160 pounds.

It says when loading sometimes that you have to increase your major skills to increase level and that is true but it isn't possible to have only one major skill unless you modded to make it different which would be dumb but once it says "Your [skill name] increased. You should rest and meditate on what you learned then you sleep and your level goes up and it shows the window for increasing the attributes like strength, intelligence, luck, willpower, endurance, etc. But as for running away from guards if you have a bounty on your head and you get away after resisting arrest you go into a different town and you have to talk to a guard for them to give their little speech but if you have a bounty of 3000 or higher (I think) each time you enter a town the guards automatically run towards you for being a dangerous criminal they will talk to you and give the speech it has all the options and you can choose any but this happened to me once I killed over 3 people (obviously you get 1000 added to your bounty each time your killing is witnessed by anyone except the Dark Brotherhood)

I can say that I have never killed anybody on impulse (Quest and self-defence killings don't count) and never resisted arrest. I am the 'silent paladin', sworn to uphold peace and prosperity... unless it is to my profit to do otherwise (though I wouldn't do that in real life). lol...

I did a quest for the brother hood in which I killed many people who didn't need to be killed.... damn that quest. Hahaha, anywho, I did get suspended from the thives guild but had enough money to pay my way back. I had to pay a total of about 3-4k I think. =P

Well, actually, the attribute(I'm speaking of the hidden statistics) that determines whether or not someone reports you to the authorities is the "Responsibility" level. I'm not sure of the exact values, but it's not just the Dark Brotherhood. If someone's responsibility leve isn't high enough, they'll just walk on by as you slaughter innocent people by the thousands.

Yeah I've resisted arrest. Killed everyone in the Imperial City... Then Bravil... then Leyawiin... then it all got kinda blurry... and I umm... well, lets just say quests are probably the only thing I can do anymore.

No, I am, but I meant I killed everyone, but quest related people come back!
