Well im comparing halo to halo 2 because there are things i like alot in combat evolved and some i mean alot of stuff i like in halo 2. So just post wat u like better than the other game in both game perspectives.

Halo: CE is a better game hands down, no disscusion needed.

When I saw halo ce, I assumed he meant halo custom edition, which I like way more than both games because you can fly pelicans, longsword fighters, and jets. You can pilot scarabs, new warthogs, and other such vehicles.
But in my opinion, halo 2 is better in fighting. Just because halo 2 has more weapons, a lock on feature with the rocket launcher, swords with a rush ability, and more.
But halo's story was much better than halo 2's.

It's hard to say...
I like halo 2 better for multiplayer... but halo 1 has a better campaign.. even though it is a bit repetetive

No Halo: Combat Evolved there is no Halo 1

Halo 2 definitely. The weapons are more balanced in two, there is a counter for everything. In the original the only good weapon was the pistol.

but how u ppl say the pistol is so good all it is a over powered magnum with a scope making it a good weapon overall but the point is that the pistol is the original weapon so i cant really say what i said so the magnum is a weaker pistol with no scope there we go.

The pistol had near perfect accuracy, could kill you in a few hits, and with the zoom you could hit further away. It was basically all the power weapons combined and weakened a bit. Damage - Rocket launcher, shotgun. Zoom - Sniper Rifle. Accuracy - Sniper Rifle. The best part was it had no draw backs like slow reload. The magnum we have now is basically useless by itself, only good in a combination

The magnum we have now is basically useless by itself, only good in a combination The old pistol along with all the old weapons had to be led to the enemy which made it a much harder game you couldnt just shoot at him you had too shoot infront of him and when somone strafed you had to go back infourth shooting infront of him it was more powerful but alot harder to use

True but it seemed harder to find someone who actually sucked with that thing than you would think. Everyone I played had an excellent shot.
