This is a poem I wrote in about 10 minutes. I gave it to a good friend of mine for her graduation present. The poem also came with a little glass figure that you put on a stand and when you turn the stand on the light glows through the angel. That gave me the idea to write a poem. I think its a little elementary maybe. But the message was delievered and thats what matters I guess.. anyway without further adu.. haha
Light the stars in her sky,
And shine the sun on her face,
Guide and Protect her, no matter the place.
Keep her safe in your arms,
And warm in your heart,
What seems like the end, is only a start.
As you leave me behind,
Like the dust in your tracks,
I take a deep breath and then I relax.
For beside you in the seat,
And along in your stride,
I know a Guardian Angel is by your side.
Thats it comment. Like I said, it popped into my head fairly easily so if you recognize some parts...my bad.
