My favorite romance author of all time is Johanna Lindsey, and so far I haven't met any fellow fans that I know of! I love almost all her works. Her style of writing is riveting, and her plots are so much fun. Her characters are amazing, each with their own special brand of foolishness.
Of course, her men are usually huge and strong, and the Mary Sue of the male species, but they to have there moments. I love it when she brings them to their knees! Her work is so satisfying, and inspiring, and she leaves no doubt in your mind that it is true love *sighs*

i loved all her books, but they aren't all translated in dutch :s
and in the library our english section only gives me danielle steel, and let that be just the one that i don't really like .

kimiholly She ruined my image of Jeremy in that book!! Try Say You Love Me, Keeper of the Heart ,or Love Only Once It'll probably be a while before I read another one of her books. If ever. xp

I read "The Heir" and loved it! and I've read "Fires of Winter" and both sequels, "Hearts Aflame" and "Surrender My love" I'm all about the Historical Fiction Romances. I like a little History with my romance...

witchesfamiliar I read "The Heir" and loved it! and I've read "Fires of Winter" and both sequels, "Hearts Aflame" and "Surrender My love" I'm all about the Historical Fiction Romances. I like a little History with my romance... I hate you. I've been looking in thrift shops, Frys, Walmart, the library, Barnes 'n Noble, Borders, Walden, and even yard sales(I hate interent shopping) and I still can't find Fires of Winter gonk I have a whole section of my bookshelf dedicated to Lindsay's work. Read the Mallory series, especially The Magic of You. I love Amy from the bottem of my heart.

I read The Heir, and it was okay...but I didn't really like having to get through all that Scottish talking of Duncan.

I ADORE JOHANNA LINDSAY'S BOOKS!!!!
I've read at least thirty, and they rock!!!!
I've read The Heir at least three times; my all-time favourites, though, are the Malory series, and the trilogy: Man of Her Dreams, Love Me Forever, and The Pursuit. They were good.
I also loved Fires of Winter, and the two that followed that (can't remember their titles). I liked Prisoner of My Desire, especially the ending - that was reeaaaalllly good. Argh, I love ALL her books! I can't choose between them!
The one with the harem was a very good book, I thought. I don't remember what it was called, but it was good.

That one was good(I'm guessing you meant the one about the twin brothers who switch), but she tends to do this thing with beauty where every single man falls for the heroine if she's pretty. eg. Glorious Angel But the sequel, Heart of Thunder was fantastic!!
