mrgreen Wanna play a word game? mrgreen
heart RULES for ALLITERATION & ASSONANCE: heart *EVERYONE CAN PLAY!* 1. Use words that repeat the same sound. idea This is not always the same letter. Cat and Kangaroo have the same beginning sound. Cent and sent both have the S sound arrow Consonant repetitions are called alliteration. arrow Vowels repetitions are called "assonance" and they are tricky...there are long and short vowels. idea arrow 2. To make it easy to follow, we will just use beginning letters (and do vowels and consonants). Follow alphabetical order. a...b...c... No skipping letters. redface heart RULES for RANDOM NUMBERS: heart
1. Use 7 or more words in your alliteration to be able to play the Random Number game...unless I told you that you can play anyway. wink idea You don't have to have 7 or more words UNLESS you are playing the Random Number Game.
Example: Paula pensivly peeks at poker players, playing Peanuckle on plush, purple, pads.
2. Choose a random number Between 1 and 1,000 each time you post an alliteration of at least 7 words.
3. If you make a mistake or forget to select a random number - just quote your post and then you can choose your random number.
wahmbulance 4. You must edit your post with a heart & Comment me with the page # when you win! wahmbulance mrgreen mrgreen mrgreen mrgreen mrgreen mrgreen mrgreen mrgreen mrgreen mrgreen ninja You never know what you will win. ninja arrow Winning Numbers Are:

Yeah! I used 11 A-words! I kinda cheated...I started with long-A's and then switched to short-A's. So I guess I get a B+ for 8 short-A words and 3 long-A words. redface
