----------=++=Summer Solstice Carnival
Well I am going to start work on the carnival/ball/thingie this weekend. I am hoping to get lots of donations for the ball, so I can give everyone a gift this time instead of just donators. There will be more games this time around, so hopefully everyone will have fun. The carnival will be held on June 21st/22nd, or on the weekend before on the 18/19th, since the solstice falls on a Tuesday. I'll post more about it in the guild this weekend.
P.S: Thanks to lila for the idea of a carnival instead of a ball Feel free to invite all of your friends. The more the merrier. It on't be much fun if hardly anyone shows up whee

Post your ideas for the carnival in this thread. I want to try and incorporate alot of your ideas to make the carnival as fun as possible. azn_monkii_lieu Oh, oh, oh! How about... The best.. POEM! Lol? XD I dunno.. >.< Maybe? Umbriel Shelting I don't know how, but maybe we can get preview clips or something of roller coasters/ferris wheels, and post them so people can "ride" rides. xp Just a silly suggestion. razz lila_may_qt Um um... I'm going to make a classic Japanese catch the goldfish thread if I may... I'll use the randomizer.org to determine weither or not people are winners - and hand out some kind of custom goldfish for winners smile - You will win goldfish - but for each person that plays there will be 100 (pr less - but I think 100 per would be a good sized jackpot) gold added to the jackpot (not each time they play - but the individuals) - and I'll record everyone's name - then at the end of the carnival we'll do a draw for the jackpot winner biggrin It'll be rad dewd xp blaugh I may need some help with the goldies though - currently I just have 1k - and hoping that everything goes busilly - and how long the carnival goes for - we may need more than that whee I'll sell off one or two of my letters though douzo You can have an art contest to see who can draw the best drawing of a carnival-ish picture of them or someone else.

We are going to need lots of donations for the carnival so that everyone who comes will be able to get a present. While guild members aren't going to have to pay for the ticket to come, it would be nice if you could donate. All donations should be sent to mochas_elf, just like the last ball. I suppose I should know what dates this is all happening - because I have a crap load of stuff going on in May... when IS the solstace? Isn't it in June? whee
