I am sick of his crap. He ruined Carl Edwards and Clint Boyers day by wrecking them because he couldn't stand that he was given a little bump from racing to hard. Then he complains about how bad his day was after he finishes 7th while Carl finished about 4 laps down in 39th. Tony is a loose cannon and NASCAR has to do something before someone gets killed.

Triple Homicide I'm sorry if I am annoying people with my consistantly bashing Tony's already mangled reputation. no, i'm not annoyed, i'm glad you're bashing him! he's just... an idiot! there really is no other way to put it. he can never take the blame for anything- especially if its because of his own attitude. wow, he's really out of it.

Elvish Fool08 Triple Homicide I'm sorry if I am annoying people with my consistantly bashing Tony's already mangled reputation. no, i'm not annoyed, i'm glad you're bashing him! he's just... an idiot! there really is no other way to put it. he can never take the blame for anything- especially if its because of his own attitude. wow, he's really out of it. Thanks for your support Elvish Fool08. Everyone should have a look at this article. http://www.nascar.com/2006/news/headlines/cup/07/23/cedwards.tstewart.cbowyer.pocono/index.htmlIt is mind blowing to think that Tony Stewart has won two championships and think so highly of himself that he sees rookies and second year drivers as second class citizens. Its hard to believe that he still thinks he races fair. You have to respect Carl Edwards a lot too for saying that he shouldnt have spun Stewart on pit road because he put pit crews at risk and he apologized for it.

He thinks he's the next dale earnhardt.....But what he doesn't realize is how much of an a** he is really making himself look like.....Carl edwards is one of the Most upbeat positive and responsible polite respectful drivers out there...He always is respectfull and respectfull of the sport...Stewart ruined his chances of making the chase now....Knowing how cheap stewart is he probably did that on purpose so they wouldn't gain any points on him......Only die hard fans of tony stewart can argue this incident....That is classless

It really makes you wonder why Joe Gibbs hasent fired Tony Stewart yet. Tony thinks that give and take means other drivers give and he takes. Honestly you have to look at bad races he has had and compare them to drivers like Mark Martin. Every race if Stewart gets mad he will with either damage risk own race car to ruin someone elses day or tear up both race cars. Then you look at Mark Martin. Mark drives his car with a cool head all the time and never retaliates. Guess who's car comes back without a scratch on it week after week after week while Tony Stewart has to keep repairing body damage everytime he goes home. I tell you now that if Mark Martin comes home with damage to his race car, it is never from intentional retaliating and he is always the first one to apologize then thanks his team for giving him such a great car. That is what you call class. I think Tony needs to take a page out of the books of some drivers such as Mark Martin, Carl Edwards, Dale Jarrett, Jimmie Johnson and basically anyone else in the racing world because at this point it can only be an improvement.

I want to like Tony Stewart, I really do. He live just the next county over from me. You know, the 'hometown' star thing? But what Tony Stewart did was just stupid. Here he is, free falling in the points, and he decides to play bumper cars. It's things like this and Daytona this year that make me wonder about him.

the funny thing is, everyone likes him because of his "passion" for racing and his attitude. that's his signature, but being a 2 time champ it doesnt show very much respect for the sport.

Have a look at this link people: http://www.nascar.com/2006/news/headlines/cup/07/24/tstewart.pocono.blame/index.htmlThe way I see it, Tony is about a day late with his apologies and regrets. Apologizing and meaning it are two different things. If you look at the article that nascar posted yesterday and this new one of Stewarts apology you should be able to tell he is just full of it. He has apologized in the past for losing his temper and destroying other peoples race cars then gone right ahead and destroyed another guys car the very next race. Then he goes right ahead and no matter who it is, he says the guy he had the altercation with doesnt know how to play give and take. He is not sorry for wrecking Clint's and Carl's cars. He just wants them to think he's sorry so they will more less stay off his bumper and not wreck him. I really hope someone wrecks his car on sunday.

Now LOGICALLY we don't flame in this guild, but clearly, something is up Tony's butt.
If we truly took him out of context last weekend, he said he's trying to be an enforcer out there, like Dale Sr. was. wahmbulance
Sorry, Tony, the 20 just isn't the 3, so deal with the suck and stay in the top 10 the proper way. (Although, all honesty, I want Denny Hamlin in the Chase... GO DENNY GO!)
