Name: Alexander Lumbar Aliases: Alex, Spaz DNA Infused: Peacock Parents: Felix and Ajhira Lumbar (adopted) Bonded Dragon: Vermatrix Eyes: Bicolored -- one brown, one blue Hair: Green with a partition of yellow/blue Species-Specific Traits: Intimidation
Marital Status: N/A Children: N/A Siblings: none biologically
Likes: The Supernatural, urban legends, UFO studies, ghost hunting, conspiracy theories, preparing for the end-days
Dislikes: having to sit still, being ignored, being called crazy, being talked to like a kid
Personality: Alex, for all intents and purposes, does not behave in the slightest way a peacock ought to behave. He is extremely spastic and extremely paranoid. Not about anything in OUR realm of living but about things on other planes of existence that want to do him in. He has obsessed himself with learning all he can about supernatural forces and makes regular checks of his house for traces of vengeful spirits and demons.
Because of this, he's generally made himself into a black sheep. Nobody tolerates his odd behavior long enough for him to form friendships and his adopted parents and teachers tolerate him as best as they can. Even his own dragon puts up with him grudgingly.
D-Corp has recently decided his behavior may be due to paranoid schizophrenia and has placed him on medication to combat its symptoms. About the only person he really talks to is Sharika because she has yet to tell him to go away and doesn't roll her eyes as often as the others do.

Likes: Justice, gossip, pearls, gems, fine paintings, calligraphy, sculpture

Ajhira -- Alex's adopted mother. She is patient and devoted to her family. She does not like to admit that Alex has issues and prefers to use words such as "quirky" and "unique" to describe him.
Felix -- Alex's adopted father. Felix, though softspoken, really doesn't know how to handle Alex's bizarre behavior most of the time. As such, he remains at a distance and tries not to notice when his adopted son tears through the house screaming about banshees and ghosts.
Sharika -- Alex does not regard her as a big sister so much as a housemate as they have never had much of a sibling bond between them. She's one of the only people near his age who'll actually give him the time of day. She often teases him about his beliefs and is skeptical of his claims, but at least she doesn't outwardly dislike him or pretend to understand what she doesn't.
Gavin -- likewise adopted, though not from Dcorp. For a time, Gavin's mother lived with the family, though after she delivered her baby, she went back to wherever it was she came from. To Alex, this is highly suspicious and he has searched Gavin intently for any signs of the mark of the beast.
Logarth -- Sharika's bonded dragon. He lives in what once was Ajhira's flower garden. To keep it short and sweet, Alex wishes this horrible beast would return to the cracks of hell from whence it came.
??? -- a nameless red-tailed hawk that seems to watch over Gavin. As birds are harbringers and omens of death, this only furthers Alex's theory that Gavin will one day be the downfall of the world.

Toddler Alexander as we recieved him. This is the photograph that came with his case file. He seems to be overly-worried about having his picture taken...maybe he's afraid the camera will steal his soul. Child Alex has developed an even further interest in the occult and is convinced that everything in the house is haunted. He is especially convinced he has a ghost living in his tail. He is pictured here reading a book about exorcism, just in case his dragon egg came with any evil spirits attached. Preteen The dragon has hatched -- a pretty gold female who is, thankfully, smallish in size and seems to have an affinity for shiny things. Alexander is, however, his same old self and has figured out that he can buy all manner of "ghost hunting" devices on the internet. I dunno about that boy sometimes...
