Who is faster- Superman or The Flash? I'm pretty sure it's The Flash, but not certain.

The Flash is always fastest.
On the off chance he runs into someone faster, he can steal their speed.

girl_no_13 gen_gen_gen The Flash is always fastest. On the off chance he runs into someone faster, he can steal their speed. Wow- cool! Pretty much the only exception to this rule is Zoom, as Zoom isn't really fast; he just moves through time differently than most folk.

Superman and the Flash did race once, but they never finished it, But the Flash is Labeled the Fastest man alive. I mean if the Flash wasn't the fastest then there would be no point for him because superman would be better at the thing that he does best. So i am going to have to say the flash.

Yeah they've race so many times it hard to count after awhile i think DC just put the whole thing to rest. I believe there's a book compiled with those races.

Wouldn't Superman be faster because he is flying?

Why would that make SUperman faster? Flash can run faster than Superman can fly.

gen_gen_gen The Flash is always fastest. On the off chance he runs into someone faster, he can steal their speed. Wait, how does he do that? I've never understood how Flashes got their speed, the Speed Force is just plain confusing.

The Speed FOrce is another dimension, containing all manner of "Speed Energy" from which all Flashes get their powers. It allows them to do ridiculously impossible things.
A wizard did it, don't question it.

I would have to say the Flash. If the Flash ran backwards, would he go back in time?

The Flash is way faster than Supes. As well as any past flash (Jay Garrick, Barry Allen and Wally West, Bart Allen, Johnny Quick, Jesse Quick, Max Mercury) for that matter. Mostly because the source of the flashes speed is the 'Speed Force' and Supermans is well natural...

Mysterytrip I would have to say the Flash. If the Flash ran backwards, would he go back in time? nah, He'd just be running backwards... probubly run into something really hard if he wasn't watching where he was running eather. The Flash uses the Cosmic Tredmil for time travil... or accelerate their self to the point of near entering the speed force and then bouncing off of it, so to say, but they have no controle over where or when they end up if they do that...
