I think ShikaIno is better because they seem to interact well, and they've known each other for quite some time. Temari is three years older than Shikamaru, which makes her 18 now right? If they dated, isn't that illegal since Shika is still a minor. eek Anyway, I've always liked this pairing and I'm not going to stop now.

ShikaIno is better because they look cuter together. Personally I don't like Temari. Shikamaru and Ino both live in the same village while Temari lives in the sand, plus I see Temari going after older guys, I mean not old man, but older than her. Temari and Ino both can boss Shikamaru around, but since he's known Ino longer it's funny.

Shika Ino is better...well...I agree to both of you! 4laugh And I dislike Temari as well...even though "dislike" is a MAJOR understatement....you said not to bash the other characters....even if they flit with our Shika who is not Ino... stressed I won't flame....no flames...I must control.... whee

I like both pairings but I support Ino more and I think there should be a fight between them because I think they would really clash. Ino and Shikamaru are just really good with eachother. He dislikes bossy women yet he always talks to and hangs around Ino even before they teamed up as we can see by their familiarity so it's like saying that yet being around the girl that acts like that. I could also see Ino always bothering Shikamaru and him being lazy but doing anyhting for her cuz shes acts like a princess. xp

Actually, I Like ShikaTema more than ShikaIno (it used to be vice versa, but not anymore). However, there are some things that I like ABOUT ShikaIno more.
- Shika and Ino have more interaction, and therfore know each other better.
- Ino and Temari bot have spunk, but Ino isn't as tough, and I see her getting along with Shikamaru a little easier than Temari would.
- Of course, a problem with ShikaTema is where the two live. Since ShikaIno live in the same village, it wouldn't be as "troublesome" to find the other.

I am a huge ShikaIno fan. They are perfect for each other. Shikamaru's lazy attitude is lifted up by Ino's spunk and enthusiasm and Ino's 'anger management' is brought down by Shikamaru's calm nature. They are both perfectly compatible for each other in my opinion. They are also good on the battlefeild together. Shikamaru's jutsu can hold the enemy in place while Ino does her mind transfer and holds the enemy captive. If they got together then they'd probably be even more successful!
Of course unless Ino gives up on Sasuke I think Temari is gonna get Shikamaru first. =( Shikamaru will probably consent too because I think he's beginning to have feelings towards Temari.
One thing that makes me mad at the ShikaTema fans though is how they always say 'Shikamaru only see's ino as a teammate and nothing more'. They're wrong though because right after Ino finished lecturing Chouji about his weight and Shikamaru came out of the bathroom to talk to him he told Chouji that Ino would be really pretty if she put on a few pounds. This proves that Shikamaru see's Ino as a girl and not just a training partner.

Im a major InoxShika fan. For many many reason.
Kishimoto might find himself more of a TemxShika paring advocate himself.
but like you. He could change.
Ino and him known eachother forever.
They are work very well together.They are polar opposites, but I believe that when Kishimoto gets more into the pairing section of the manga, I strongly think it will point more to Ino.
Plus the age and the distance is "too troublesome" in my oppinion.

-shrug- I guess I just find that Ino could easily get Shikamaru off his butt and do something very easily.
Although, Temari could do that too, but she also lives in the Sand. I dont think Shikamaru is the kind of guy that will travel to the Sand all the time. O.O
Id say that ShikaIno is just cool, fun, and will never leave you bord. -nods-
