I made a Pseudo tazer out of a disposable camera once. It wasn't exactly a tazer though. After charging the light if you touched a specific thing you would get a small shock from the camera. It became a source of entertainment for a few days while I was on a school trip in Washington DC.

He was "classically trained" in the art of stun guns. I must say that Nintendo is the front of illegal weapons for Al Quida or even space aliens.
