Tonight is the See You At the Pole Night Rally! Come to Caesar Chavez Park at 6:40 to hear a concert from Nicole Avila, 7:01 to join in with fellow Christians for prayer and worship for San Jose, the Bay Area, California, the nation, everything! It'll be really fun =)
I'll be there with a camera and my black class t-shirt that says "Get Real" on the front in white. Wave at me if you see me! =D

ShinobiGirl is that near davis? i know we got a Ceaser Chavez skool here, but i'm not sure about a park It's in downtown San Jose...to get there, take light rail to the Convention Center stop, or just drive down Monterey Highway (82) to downtown. You'll hit it. Look for the statue of a pile of poop — er, I mean, that Quetzacoatl statue.

I just got back, and wow, that was totally awesome. I didn't so much like the singing at the beginning or the first two worship songs (they were obscure and no words were easily visible), but after that, I had loads of fun. The speakers were powerful, the prayer was extremely moving (I cried twice), and people were there because they wanted to be there. My favorites of the night was the one boy with dark curly hair who prophesied, half prayer and half prophesying. He was incredible; that's a true gift right there. Then I liked the Amazing Grace on bagpipes, which was also awesome. My final favorite thing was when Pastor Cantwell talked about Benji; he really touched my heart.
Okay! Yeah. It was great =)
