Destiny - Approaching the Gate

Amongst the heavy, thick green of the ferns and denseness of a deep forest is what appears to be a rusted steel gate at the end of a short path. It is obvious just by its mere appearance that it is quite aged and possibly ready to fall off of the weak looking hinges it is placed on. Yet still it holds strong, if not slightly ajar, nestled in between two obscure, high stone walls which are draped with a curtain of vines and growing plant life along it. There are no markings on the gate or the wall to distinguish or define it, and it doesn't seem likely that the wall can be climbed to look over. The only way to see the other side appears to be through the gate itself, passing by the worn bars and seeing the other side. Yet the closer one approaches the gate, the stranger the feeling of displacement...the feeling that they do not belong here, sets in. And upon passing that threshold, a brilliantly shimmering light seems to appear from beyond, all too inviting and yet eerily unnerving at the same time. The gates themselves seem to open themselves in fact, as if calling for those who approach to enter, beckoning for them to come closer... And should they, a dream would be opened to them.

Ionus - Main Courtyard

The light continues to shine only a few more, brief moments before passing. Only having passed the gates can someone understand what is beyond them. The other side of the gate itself was far different, the gate being a bright white hue, as were the wide walls which it was held between. The only direction to go from here is a pure white brick path from the gate, which brings the mansion itself into view. From left to right are sprawling, near endless fields of grass that cover the ground. Emerald, that's the only way to describe the color of health each precise, and exactly four inch blade shows. It leaves one to wonder how the lawn could have been so precisely cut, so perfectly set, and yet not a soul seemed to ever work on it. Stranger still is that not a thing can be seen after a certain distance, which ends in only a white, opaque haze in the air. Should any choose to walk down this expanse, they would walk without end, and eventually find themselves on the other side of the brick pathway, without reason. Continuing on, another steel gate can be seen after walking down the path long enough, one which is dead center of a long, high, white wall matching the very same seen at the main entrance. The gate opens by itself with a lengthy, iron creak, allowing entry past it into the main courtyard finally. There, the white mansion is fully visible, as are the lesser features which settle themselves in front of the manor. The white haze thins and vanishes completely, making the first noticeable feature is the large, white, angelic statue which resides on a circular base.

The large, angelic statue has a rather slender physique. Its exact sex, however, cannot be determined due to the large robes which cover it from head to toe, as well as the overall androgynous features it possesses. Its wings are spread far out to either side about five feet out, thoroughly covered in feathers, as any angel. The white stone figure looks on ahead, its face baring a worried, hurt expression as two tear lines can be seen going down either cheek. Though perhaps the most striking feature of the angel are the open slits on either wrist, arms spread slightly to either side so that they may bleed freely. A dark red liquid flows from either wrist, though it is not blood, but sweet wine. The statue stands upon but a small, circular pedestal in the center of a circular fountain, where the wine flows into. Near the rim of the circular base is a segmented, serpent like design surrounding the edge of the rim just above a series of holes. These holes are situated on the four compass directions of the fountain's circular base, draining the constantly poured liquid from it. Each hole is no bigger then an average man's closed fist sideways, pouring each into its own awaiting mouth. Smaller statues, each of them seemingly melded in with the stone of the ground below up to its waist, each different in appearance. The statue in front has hair which drapes along its back like a river, an expression of sadistic glee can be seen upon its fanged open mouth as it reaches out to take hold of the larger angel above it. The one on the right holds its hand open and invitingly, carrying itself with the youth and naivety of a child. To the left, another male figure with shorter hair then the first, baring a resentful look which can be felt even through the mask which covers his face, no love lost toward the angel above. Finally, the one on the rear holds both hands out, a maliciousness of sorts felt to those around her as she struggles to gain favor in her position with the angel. All four each hold their mouths open, taking in the liquid, greedily drinking of the blood of the angel.

In front of each of these smaller, head bust like statues is a bench. The four benches are identical, for the most part, having a wood panel design held together with metal backings to make them both sturdy and comfortable. The benches are each long enough to hold up to six, average sized people in fact. There is, however, a single difference between each bench which may or may not be noticeable. There is a name engraved on a plate on the front of each bench. The north bench reads: "Fated", the east reads: "Hopeful", the west reads: "Fortunate", and the south reads: "Justified". The meaning for this is quite unclear...and probably not of much importance at the moment. There is little more to explore around the courtyard beyond this particular area, as the sides further off are walled in. Long leaves, branches, and the like can be seen beyond these walls, perhaps part of deeper forests and plant life that have yet to be seen. Yet...a similar force, not unlike that which guides others here and prevents them from simply climbing the walls outside, seems to prevent others from passing over them. It would seem it best to just continue on forward, rather then make a detour of any kind.

Further ahead of the benches are a pair of statues, each across from one another, each directly across from the left most and right most benches. The base of each statue rises about three feet high, with a varied assortment of etched designs which mean little more then some artistic style. The statues themselves are angelic figures, not unlike the greater angel in the center. However, these smaller figures have two noticeable differences in their making. The first, and most obvious of which, would be the fact that they are both clothed in actual white cloth robes. The cloth of these robes can be seen moving at times when against the breeze, flowing with a subtle grace about them. The other, much less noticeable change, is that underneath the hoods of these angels is a blank slate. Literally, their faces are nothing but blank, smooth slabs of stone. Their wings are turned upward, instead of spread outward, pointing to the very bright sky above. Further beyond that, the stone ground becomes a single pathway leading a few feet ahead between two separate bushes of white roses to the mansion itself. A very large house is not much different in scenery then the rest of the magnificent white that makes up most of this tranquil scenery. Perhaps the only thing to distract any visitors as they approach the door would be the two figures which stand at either side of it. Both of which are draped in rather large, black cloaks which cover over elaborate robes and again further masked by the cloth which is covered over their faces. As for the ground of the courtyard, it is covered entirely by bricks of white stone neatly placed into the ground, and very meticulously evened out so as to make the ground perfectly flat. As for the white door, it is not particularly tall, but finely crafted and easily opened as either knob, or both, is turned and pulled.

Jejunus - White Halls

This is but the first of many doors, though, and passing through it means little in the grand scheme of this estate. A cool air can be felt immediately when first entering this room, one which seems to keep the atmosphere at a constant and unnaturally comfortable temperature. The light of the outside shines brightly, so much so that the scenery behind cannot be seen in the slightest, masking what imagery was now gone and past. You find that you now stand on a large, white marble floor that moves on far ahead through the large entrance hall of the manor. Either side, against white walls, are small, white tables with vases and various other objects, some which appear as bizarre artifacts while others mere knick knacks. The more you look around, the less you see. True, the pictures on the walls on either side are visible, yet...as you look closer to see the images, they seem to blur and distort, or perhaps it is merely your vision clouded. Whatever the cause, the mixture of colors, figures, and scenery became so badly meshed together it might as well be a rectangle with paint thrown over it. The light shining through the windows at the front makes this effect no better. The beams of the sun, or whatever source the constant stream of day comes from, it too creates a delusional, distortion type effect with the air around, almost dream like in fact. Moving further through the room, one may hear the light chime of glass, and by looking up there can be seen that it comes from the sparkling chandelier. A gold base connected to the ceiling, branching out like a tree with many glass made crystal like ends, as well as a few held by thin string and merely dangling, creating the light chiming sound. From here there are several directions to go in fact. Further ahead and to the right is a pair of double doors, to the left another pair of double doors, just ahead and between the stairs...why yes, more doors. That, or there are the stairs themselves, leading to the upper floor...which will it be?

North Door, North Passage - Entryway to the Dining Hall

Beyond the doors directly ahead is a hallway that stretches about half the length of a common sidewalk block. Though the scenery is noticeably different, no longer a pure white which blinds the eyes but a more natural setting. A red carpet, with a light pattern of black along it runs over the hard wood, brown floor. The walls match this color, with finely crafted wood holding simple yet elegant landscape paintings along it. The small tables which can be found on either side, as before, are merely stands for other objects of decoration, the unnamed and unnoticed vases. Within this short hall there are four doors, two near the door entered, and two near the door at the other end. The doors are of the same wood finish as the walls, and are unmarked. One can only guess what is beyond the doors, which...unfortunately seem barred by locks. No matter, continuing past that and beyond the next set of doors is another large, white room. It is most definitely the dining hall, one look of the large, long table with many chairs situated at its side, as well as the far ends, makes that obvious enough. To the left, a pair of doors would lead into an extravagant and yet, empty kitchen with little more to see. Ahead can be seen five very tall windows which shine beams of the distorting light from outside. When looking through these windows, one sees the obscure sight of tall and short stems carrying white roses. The fields are near endless with these roses, they too baring the strange sense of displacement and dream like haze over them. Underneath the center window is a fireplace, another noteworthy feature, mostly due to the flame which continues to burn within it. A...black flame, strangely enough, creating a contrast to the very white scenery of the room. And yet, nothing seems to burn within the fireplace, nothing at all. Stranger still is the fact that the flame gives off no sign of heat what-so-ever, though not to say it is not dangerous to the touch. Any form of physical contact, may it be with flesh, a part of clothing, or an object, would result in the severing of whatever passes through the flame. As if a blade awaited within, a single touch would cause what may be put through the flames to be cut apart in pieces, shredded in moments. Quite grizzly, though still there is more to see of this unearthly place.

East Door, East Hallway - Entryway to the Ballroom

Should one have gone right from the main hall, where another pair of doors awaits, they would meet with a long corridor once again lined with the simple pieces of design and decor...with a single difference. All of the vases in this hall are on a tilt...that's not to say the actual tables they are on are crooked. No...the vases themselves are slanted, irregularly designed, and bare unusually wild markings that seem randomly put together, some of which look as if they themselves were pieced together by other vases. Another noticeable difference was the arrangement of the flowers. Where the other vases seen in the house had flowers of different varieties and colors, every vase in this hall has exactly three white roses. This regularity is, by far, probably the least bothersome trait found in this hall. There are a series of wood finished, white painted doors down the entire way, none of them willing to open. But that still is not strangest, not considering the size of the place and the possible valuables. Strange is that...sometimes, though not always, sometimes a section of the wall will be missing. Or rather, it will be broken away, and under it will be a mass of pulsating, fleshy, blood spattered organs. The many, unidentifiable, parts are strewn together and connected through unclear means. Often, long, legged, centipede like creatures are other, stranger spider like beings can be seen moving, crawling over the mess of organs. And other times...other times the walls themselves will bend and morph, growing toward those who enter, opening to reveal their fleshy innards and many rows of teeth. They slowly draw towards them, as if trying to take them in, grab them and pull and feast. Sometimes...the floor simply opens below one, then closes over them. But...this does not always happen, other times simply...nothing occurs. And so, you are left to continue on into the large, white ballroom awaiting beyond the twin doors at the end of the passage. The ballroom itself is quite lovely, wide open, hard floor that expands quite a good deal. There is a platform as well, made specifically for the stage of where music is to be played, holding but a single black piano atop it and stands awaiting instruments to be used. A slightly curling set of stairs with a red carpet lead up to the second floor, which has a balcony like ledge which overlooks the lower floor, and more room to stand, sit and converse, socialize, what have you. There is also another set of two doors leading into the second floor's east hallway.

West Door, West Hallway - Library Passage

Should one go though the left set of doors, they would meet with different circumstances. The left hall past its own two doors is devoid of vases or tables, though still in its completely white state. The walls do not open here, no...instead one is greeted by the gruesome images of death all around. The portraits in this hall are very clear, and visible. They are also extremely graphic in the various tortures of others, flayed skin, blood letting, images of sacrificial rituals, bloody hangings with sharp edged wire. Yet, the portraits never stay the same, always changing for the person each time they enter the room, either in order or completely new paintings altogether, creating an ever more surreal effect. At times, the faint echoed whispers of others speaking can also be heard, speaking of cruel acts but also I love you's and sweet words of charm. After passing through the threshold of the next door, there is a large, expansive library. Thankfully, it is not of complete white, but of a great deal of wood brown colors, formed of massive shelves that reach to the second floor and moveable ladders so that one may reach just a single of the many available books. There are also stars that lead to the second floor and, if one were observant enough, would notice the similarities in shape with the ballroom.

Stairs - Second Floor

The upstairs can be accessed using one of the pair of marble stairs, each of which curl upward, and use a crimson red carpet moving up the center. The floor can also be reached using the ballroom or library doorways on the second floor, though moving through either hallway can, at times, be as disturbing as the lower floor hallways. Both halls contain a series of doors, of which cannot be opened or entered, just as the lower halls. However, that is all they contain, save for a single, white clock in the middle room on the right wall (Facing to the east). The clock in the right hall tells the time to be 3:00 constantly, where as the left tells the time of 9:00 constantly. Both rooms have hard wood floors instead of carpet, which...incidentally, at times will make the sound of footsteps behind those that enter, even though no-one else may be inside them. Regardless, the upstairs in the main hall itself is comprised of three halls that move further back inside the mansion. Each of the three halls have a series of doors, all of which are brown wood instead of white, for the most part. Each door has a nameplate, and each nameplate has a different name. The names for the halls are as follows:

Left Hall -

Samantha
Tenrei
Ezriet
Somaha
Gerald
Reiko
C. Angel
Akiana
Joesph
Felicity
Kanome

Right Hall -

Richard
Joeshren
Maru
Throne
Maido Nanaka
Dokunotatsu
Niro-Giro
Twin Chisa
Faust
Violet

Center Hall -

Justice
Fortune
Hope
Fate
Eve
----- (A blank, white door without a name plate of any kind)

And last, though most certainly not least, the final door within the center hall. this door is the most distinguished and obvious, being about three times the height of the others. The large, arching, black door stands at the end of the center hall, nearest to the blank white door and the door marked "Eve". This door has no handles, no means of entry, and seems impassible for reasons unknown. In fact, there seems to be one part of this door which stands out even more so then any of these facts. That being the name which has been crudely engraved into both halves of the door. The word, this name, as crude as it may be though...is easily read: "Truth"

OOC Notes:

- There's a reason these three tags have been placed on here, a good reason. Entering these grounds, you can expect a tranquil and quite calm appearing environment, that does not, however, mean it is not dangerous. Entering Endeavor means leaving yourself subject to the discretion of any number of the residents of the manor (All character's I may play because it's fun XP). Obviously, I'm not going to be a mean person or anything, but fair warning, those who enter risk the loss of sanity, free will, health, happiness, or life.

- That being said, try to have fun! Marvel in Endeavor's appearance, be creeped out by the weird stuff that goes on, or think over the symbolic things that I put in nearly every part of it! Just because there are bad people here doesn't mean they'll necessarily bug you. It depends on my mood, or if I'm even going to RP here. Everyone is free to RP as they wish, but keep in mind, there's a lot that can happen.

- Attempts to attack or assault the mansion, break something in it, damage it, or those who reside in it will bring swift consequences. This place is freaky for a reason, there are freaky things here. Being a loud mouth and showing off, trying to be big, will probably get you killed by one or more of the things tucked secretly away.

- DO NOT enter Truth's room, don't do it! Truth's room is protected, -very- protected, and entering it isn't meant to be very possible. If you want to enter his room then PM me about it, I'm willing to talk about plot ideas and things like that regarding it HOWEVER, I need a good reason. Look, Truth's room is -very- different then the rest of the manor, and leads to a lot of his secrets, things he doesn't want the common folk finding out about or things they shouldn't know. So don't say you entered it because unless I actually tell you what's in there, then how would you know what's in there? There's a reason I left the description of his room out of this post. XP

- Uhm, respect the Ria rules and Gaia TOS? Yeah, respect them, respect me, respect ze people. And know that you don't have to participate in a fight here if you don't want to, you don't have to stand around and get beat up, you can run away. I won't force anything on anyone here, this is mostly a place for staging events between characters, exploration, and little surprises that I might pop up on someone who's posting here. So try to go with he flow and enjoy yourself and let people enjoy themselves. XP

Sora walked slowly, her energy feeling almost drained. When she had first tooken off, she felt very close to normal, but now she had become confused, worn, and almost trapped. The strange aura was so tempting to follow, and so she continued to walk down an unfamiliar dirt path. There were so many beutifull plants, Sora slowly looking at them.

Her inner concious was going haywire, soothingly saying Sora, calm down... Stop while you can. But Sora couldn't hear it. She couldn't hear anything but a soft whisper that echoed in her head, it was calm, but painfull. "I don't feel... normal..." She said slowly, grabbing her head as the aura grew stronger by every step. It hurt, and her head was throbbing.

She saw a soft light near a rusted gate, seeming all too inviting. Sora pushed the gates open a little bit more, so she could easily walk through the gates. She blinked slowly, feeling even more drowsy than before. "Hakai... this place is so strange..." She felt week in the legs, immediatly collapsing. She looked up, finding herself in the main courtyard. She looked at the large statue hazily, a soft whisper going through her ear.

Hakai walked along the dirt path looking at the lovely flowers and plants. She could feel the heavy choking feel of the aura. Her eyes had changed color, they were now yellow again, claws and fangs appearing from her. Was it that aura that changed her to such an alert state? She looked at Sora closly bringing up the rear incase she fainted, she didn't want to be responsible about two kids losing their mother.

Her heart was racing in her chest, what was this horrible strong feeling? What could be in this place whos aura didn't want them there and a voiced that begged for them to come closer....unfortunately they were only paying attention to the voice. Her head got very muddled and cloudy so many sounds and voices but she was somewhat used to them when she was changed, but this did make her dizzy.

Looking up at the rusty gates she saw Sora push them open. "This place is very erriee to say the least." She said to Sora just before she saw the girl fall over. She walked over to her leaning over her to check on her situation, "Sora are you alright?"

"Ah...I see..." a voice, so light and gentle, yet so piercing that nothing could possibly avoid it. Beyond the gates, two figures appeared...though one must wonder how long they have been there. Like a dream, a vision, they never faded in or made a sound...but were simply...there. A man in white, a suit of white from the collar all the way down to his ankles, save for the black of his shoes and the one glove he wore on his right hand. This was where the sound of the voice had come from, the three spoken words that sounded his presence. He sat at the front bench, his back turned toward the pair who now rested near the gates entering the courtyard. Hanging down along the bench was a long, neatly tied braid which could have very well reached his mid back, had he been standing. The man himself was rather lithe, and not especially tall, hardly muscular in fact. But it did not matter, the calm, serene sound of his voice was all that did. "Visitors..." he whispered, somewhat to himself and somewhat to the woman who was apparently standing next to him, at the side of the bench with a tray to her side. "Shall I assist them, my Master, Truth?" she spoke, letting the gentleness, the warmth and almost maternal tone of her voice exert itself through the air.

"No, Eve..." he replied, lifting his head up slightly with a smile. "...that will not be necessary. They will...approach...through their own strength no less." his tone, still such a soft whisper, was probably missed entirely by the two girls, not that he had intended for them to hear, anyway. "Yes, Master, as you so wish." she said with a light nod, turning away from the two. As she turned, a white tea pot could be seen in her hands. Apparently she had just finished pouring for the man in front of her, and began the same routine with a pair or small cups situated on small plates on the tray next to her. She could be considered as beautiful from here, with silvery strands of white hair flowing down her shoulders. And yet, though it was let loose, was very well groomed and kept, very neat...and perfectly even, too perfect perhaps. She wore a long, frilled, black dress that was quite beautiful in its own right. Slipping from the sleeves of the dress were triangular shaped, white lace that covered along her hands, which were not visible with the angle the two girls were at. The dark skinned man made no move beyond slowly tipping the cup in his hand to his lips, sipping at his tea. He said nothing to them, but rather awaited for them to speak first. What they did now...was completely up to them.

Leaning against the wall, the young girl of no more than her mid teens was leaning with her head against a wall. She was over in a hallway, on the second floor, next to her room.. the soft sound of her silver flute's song slipping through the building. The girl was dressed in a middleschool uniform, stocking-covered feet warmed by the carpeting on the floor. "Why is it that no-one's around when I'm bored..."

The sound of voices nearby hardly reached her through her music, eyes closed for the time being. "And yet when I'm busy they never go away..." The two girls coming in might have noticed a pair of tennis shoes and a backpack sitting inside by the front door... a chain hanging out the side of the blue bag. Momentarily the music stopped..

"God it's so dull... Where are Styx and Flash..."
PostPosted: Fri Jul 21, 2006 11:58 am

Yet another girl stepped near the gate, her silver hair shining just a bit against her own clothing. This day she had on a short maroon dress, with long kimono sleeves, soft white lace gracing the edges. The very front of the outfit appeared to look like a corset, and very well could be one, but her constantly frail figure eliminated that factor. Tomoro's cheeks this day were startingly pale, unlike the usual rosy glow she had to it. Along her neck was a lacy white choker, embedded with a large stone of amber in the middle, formed into a small rosebud. Her eyes, pools of grey, were a bit dull this day... the area around her seemed to be affecting it.

Taking a hesitant step toward the gate, she lifted up a pale finger as if to reach for one of the bars, but then dropped her hand down to her side, a strange feeling forming in her gut. Was she supposed to be here? The feeling seemed to erupt within her, pulsing throughout her veins and beating into her heart with every step she took. It was then that Tomoro heard something, almost like a voice, calm and comforting, as if she could trust it, even though there was nobody near her... and as if tranced, she continued to step toward the gate, hands cupped up against her chest as if she were holding onto something, or praying. A bright light then welcomed her, and she stepped through it, her eyes dilating as she heard the soft pat of her boots across what seemed to be bricks.

Glancing around a bit, Tomoro observed her surroundings. She had never even SEEN this place before, let alone gone near it... and here she was, inside of someone's private property, it seemed. It was then that she spotted two young women and a handsome young man, however skinny he was. There was something about him, however... the way he walked, the way the plants reacted with every step he took, and Tomoro couldn't help but watch him, entranced by the fragile beauty upon her. Simply placing her hands behind her back, she stood about five yards away from the small group, merely gazing upon the three of them, wondering whether any one of them would notice her, or if she should go near them. Biting her lower lip, the pale pink slowly fading into a deeper shade of red, she let go and realized that she had cut into the tissue, her lips now smothered with blood. In a hurried motion, she took up her maroon sleeve and wiped her lips against it, then returning to her original position, silent and calm, just waiting for any of the people before her to make a move.

Sora breathed in slowly, nodding. "I-I'm fine. Just a little bit weak in the legs, that's all..." She pushed herself up, feeling that herself and Hakai weren't thwe only one's here, but she kept this thought to herself. "We should probably explore the courtyard before we go inside..." She suggested, walking up closer to the statue of the angle. It was so sad, and Sora looked up at it's lifeless stone eyes. She began to say things randomly, as the words just popped up in her head. "The world is never fair, yet never unfair. It is full of things that no one understands, not even the gods, but yet everyone believes they understand..."

"Life is no more than a game that no one can win or lose, because in both situations, you die." Sora thought aloud. She did not usally think this way, and figured that the aura was getting to her. But also, she could feel a small struggle within her, as if the dragon spirit was unhappy or uncomfortable. She then felt someone walk through the gates of the manor, but didn't look back. Instead, she stared at the statue for a moment longer. "There are more people here. One just walked through the gates, and another one is sitting somewhere out here. I can feel it..." She then turned, seeing the young girl with silver hair.

Rai stepped near the gate of the mansion. His blue eyes hidden underneath his dark shades. Though, beneath the darkened glass, he glanced back and forth. He had seen a silver haired girl walk in and enter. For some reason, just starring at the building gave him an uneasy feeling. Pacing towards the gate he looked through it, seeing the girl.

Today, like most other days, Rai wore a simple outfit. On his feet sat black boots which were covered bya pair of black and red UFOs. Over his torso sat a red hoodie which covered a plain white tee. Around his neck sat a small golden chain witha golden ring hanging from it.

Quietly walking up to the gate he pressed a hand to it. Cold metal soothed against his warm skin and he slowly pushed it open. He quietly walked through it and then closed it behind himself. His blonde hair seemed almost dull around here. He walked up and now saw the man and two other women beyong the other girl.

I really don't like the feeling I'm getting from this place

Hakai looked as Sora stood up and headed towards the statue. She could already here another set of foot steps coming into the gate. "Oi! Eye Patch? Eye Patch is that you?" She stood up brushing off her long baggy pants. She had a black shirt on with a dark blood red butterfly on it. At looking at eye patch she rubbed her shoulder, she had remembered that battle with the freak demon creature but he had not been seen for a while maybe he died...that would have been wonderful.

She stared to walk over to Sora with who was muttering and talking what seemed to be random qoutes and prophocies to herself, until she spoted a strange man and woman, she blinked at the two of them with her golden eyes and tilted her head. "Oi! 'ho are you guys? Whats with having tea in such a creepy plesent place?" While she walked she had an idea to braid her rather long hair, she had a strange feeling that it was going to get in the way and it would be best to get rid of it now rather than later. She motioned Eye Patch over. She walked up and looked at the angel blinking several times she didn't understand much of what was being said. She looked around slowly, even with a bright sky she could just sware zombies would come out at anymoment. "Maybe we should stick together and head inside...that music has stopped and maybe the person playing has run into some trouble."

Sora nodded, hearing yeat another set of footsteps, only to see Raikou walk through the gates. She blinked a few times, remembering his face from when she was in the dining hall. She waved, not saying a word, though a friendly smile remained on her face. She then heard a small, unfamiliar voice in her head, soft, but frightfull. This is where is begins...

Sora moved her hands over her ears, closing her eyes. But then she just mysteriously dissappeared, it seemed like she just faded away. The sensation of transporting was so strange... she couln't breathe or open her eyes. She was too scared to even move. Then the sensation suddenly stopped, Sora opening an eye slowly. She seemed to be inside of a ballroom, vacant, yet beutifull. "I'm alone... I don't want to be alone..." She whipered fearfully, tears stinging her eyes. "Oh, lord Kami, please save me... please save me..." She cried.

She sat on the floor, alone, cradling herself. She thought she might go insane if she was alone for a long time. She shivered, feeling something touch her shoulder, quickly turning, she saw nothing there. She let out a loud, terrified scream.

(I gotta go.)

Music...? A scream? Sound? What were these things that the people around spoke of or even thought of? "Hm, how...strange..." came the low, quiet whisper of the man who sat, looking over the statue himself, in fact. No scream could exist, no, not such noise and bothersome activities...the woman was not there -to- scream, and hence there was none heard. As if...she was never there to begin with, perhaps back from whence she came? "Tea, miss?" the gentle, feminine voice of the woman appeared before Hakai. Actually, it was right in front of her, the woman had moved up to her holding the small plate with a filled cup in both hands. Though nothing was ever so serene as it seemed... "I do not believe you can properly use the term 'guy' to refer to Eve, I must say. Though flesh she may not be... A woman, she remains..." spoke the man as the woman awaited an answer, and quite a...woman she was. Hakai would be faced with metal, not flesh, eyes which were merely gloves, and not liquid like spheres of tissue. The woman's face was stiff, frozen in an unemotional stare, her face...and her hands it seemed, were made of finely polished metal, perhaps her entire body even! Though, due to the form covering dress, most of her body could not be seen... But more then likely...

Her eyes were bright, pale moon light glows of white, blue, and a slightly yellow complexion that seemed to resonate a familiar energy, of sorts. They held...life, within them, emotions and feelings...an essence, though her face was lifeless and still. "The rest of you need not hide from me at a distance..." again, spoke the man. His form slowly raised from the seat, standing up to a full five feet and about eight inches height. "...I am very much aware of your presence. Worry not...though..." he turned, revealing the face belonging to the voice...and eyes, eyes like sapphires yet more then that...mere then mere gems upon a person. A hollow, ethereal gaze which could pierce souls, but also bring ease to them, swoon hearts, and shift the very disposition of individuals by a mere glance. There was no sound, no music, no voices to be heard that they seemed to imagine, no...there was only his voice, his tone, his presence that appeared. He placed the cup to the plate in his left hand, and merely holds it in front of himself as his right arm reaches out to the side, covered in a black glove which his left hand does not have. "...And I welcome you...to my home..." for the briefest moment, the irises in his eyes shifted, widening and actually splitting into several fractions. Any who would be looking into his eyes at the time would feel their heart skip a beat, and a ping of...something intense, though hard to comprehend, a feeling that would almost immediately settle into warm relaxation. Along with sight, though, was scent...two very distinctive scents which could be taken from this man...one being the scent of roses, white roses which had been grown within the fresh spring air. The other... The other was the smell...of freshly spilled blood...

"I wonder if they're even here today..." The soft music continued. It was almost like the soft songs in the background of a formal event... perhaps that that of a cruise? The girl's greyblue eyes closed once more while she played the flute... one foot tapping gently against the wall. Her blonde hair fell foreward on the left side to hide her face from no-one, and then finally it hit her. Voices? Yes, though faint... outside, maybe. Pushing off the wall, she moved to teh stairs and shuffled quickly down them to teh bottom floor. "Eve! ...La mia borsa รจ tuttavia sul pavimento..." she spoke auibly enough for it to echo a bit.

Opening the door while slipping on her shoes, she looked up at teh group outside, quirking a brow. ....Yes, that's it! She merely stood there!

Her hand gently brushed along the edge of her maroon dress, primped up and ironed for the longest time, and Tomoro took a strand of her hair, gently spinning it between her fingers. Could she go up and see this man and his.. maid? For some reason, she didn't trust either of them, there was that faint doubt in the back of her head, something telling her everything would be alright... like this was the calm sea in the middle of a hurricane. It was then that she heard the other girl, the voice somewhat familiar... and she merely cocked an eyebrow as she motioned over toward her, calling her by the name of 'eyepatch.'

What is that name for me, anyway...? I sound like a doll, or a dog, or something to be commanded. After pondering the situation a bit, Tomoro attempted to shift her gaze toward the other young woman, but to her surprise, she had vanished into thin air. Her eyes peering, she looked around the entire area, but only found the presence of five people, not including herself. There was the one who motioned her to come over, the man and his maid, another girl that she heard, and another presence, although she couldn't exactly detect it, it was probably that of a man. At long last, her fingers curling up against her sides, she heard the soothing voice of the man dressed completely in white, almost as if he were speaking directly to her.

Stepping toward the area, Tomoro finally made her way up to the small crowd, and curtsied as she was told to do in front of someone of stature. Judging by the man's house and his presence, it certainly seemed he had something different going on around him. Tomoro's eyes widened, however, when she smelt the sweet aroma of roses; of course she couldn't get by smelling that one, as she was a manipulator of Earth. For some reason, though, it almost had a sickly smell to it, and it made her a bit dizzy, unlike most of the roses she had encountered over the years. As strong as it was, there was a deeper scent, masked underneath the first one... that of... blood? Her eyes wideneing more, she made no sudden movements and kept her mouth shut, her eyes telling the story of her hidden fear, although she refused to show anyone by glancing away. Turning back to the man and smiling, she curtsied once more, and then bowed her head down, her silver hair tied up by her black bow, excess strands slowly falling to the ground. "It's a pleasure to be here, sir." She said smoothly and quietly, careful not to impose or speak too loudly.

Haikai's eyes widdened seeing the area that Sora just was become completely empty. She turned her head to address and demand what happened as an "Hey what did you d-" She was met with the view of a metal object...focus..focus...person..woman. Staring coldly at her but her eyes seemed so warm and soft. In her hands was a cup of tea. What should she do? If she was rude she may share the same fate as Sora...but what if the tea was poisoned? A double edged sword for sure. "Uh...thanks...I think." She took the tea from the...she glaced over the woman's outfit, oh she was a maid. She nodded her head a bit just as the man spoke. "Uh yeah I have a habit of calling everyone guy even if they are a female." She blinked once looking down to the tea before sniffing it under her nose. She didn't drink.

She watched eye patch walk closer. Funny, they had never talked to each other before...and yet they always seemed to run into each other...and always at the wrost times. She sighed and thought, maybe she should be nice, maybe she should ask her name....Nah. She turned her head just in time to see the man stand up, being so close to him gave her almost a full effect of 'blast' and her cheeks flushed just for a second while her eyes widdened. She could smell the sweet scent of roses but then another smell followed close behind...that dark pungent smell of....blood. She twitched a bit feeling an insenct come out from one of the beasts inside her but the eyes hand quickly nulled that feeling and set the monsters and souls inside her back to their slumber. She was really getting a bad, no, a horrible feeling about this place but that scent kept muddling with her head and sences.

For some reason she pulled the quiclkly braided of her's over her shoulder blinking several times. The long orange locks were tied together loosely so there were strands and locks every which way, bah what can you do with a quick braid job. She, just like eye patch made sure to speak softly...and some what proper...she had a feeling somone didn't like loud noices. "Yes, thank you for allowing us into your home."
She bowed her head slightly being sure to mind the tea cup she was holding though she did brush up against the close standing woman infront of her. She came up from her bow and spotted a girl in the distance, she blinked with a bit of confusion. "Oh...who is that?" She asked nodding towards the door.

The machine like metal woman took a step back, placing her hands over her lap them bowing herself low. "You are...most welcome miss." though quickly is her attention diverted as a girl's voice is heard calling out from further off. Immediately does she turn in that direction, a slight gasp being heard. "Oh! M-My apologies Miss...ah...Master...?" she turned her head briefly toward the man in white, who nods lightly. She then turns toward the manor, lifting her skirt up slightly and jogging toward the door. "Coming Miss Abel!" and leaving the man and white and the two women there. "Ah, I am most pleased that you are glad to have come here, ah...her? Oh...she is of little...concern. Miss Abel is merely one of many residence within my manor. It has been some time though, I must say...since I have had guests here..." he closes his eyes, tilting the cup's edge against his lips, lightly sipping from it before...continuing. "You are perfectly free to have some tea, my dear." he says to Tomoro. "By all means, relax yourselves...be comfortable. Perhaps you might like to sit with me?" he spoke with a bright smile, tilting his head slightly to the side.
